Phoned Drain doctor at 8.30 on a Sunday morning with a very blocked toilet. They lady i spoke to was lovely and explained that someone would be out within 2 hours. She briefly went through the price list and explained that there's no call out fee, and no obligation quote.
Simon came exactly as expected and was courteous and polite. He explained how much it would be and sorted the problem within 30mins. He gave us some really good advice for the future regarding toilet blockages too!!!.
Would definitely recommend in the future.

Very professional experience from start to finish. Spoke to someone straight away on the phone, no holding or pressing 1, 2 etc. I explained my kitchen sink was blocked, they called me back within 35 minutes to tell me Rhys would be there in half an hour. Rhys was on time and was very pleasant, courteous, efficient ,and cleaned up after himself. The whole thing was resolved in an hour and a half. Finally got a courtesy call asking if everything was ok. I would not hesitate to recommend Drain Doctor and I know who to use in the future.

The company responded quickly to our request. Mark from Drain Doctor was thorough, checked all the manholes and identified the problem (with the use of cameras). He explained in a straight forward manner via the footage, where we had an issue with the drains. We were reassured that the problem could be dealt with.

Simon turned up at 8.30am as promised, started working straight away. He has done a wonderful job from camera investigations to the full repair and finish, would not know he had been there at finish of job as the whole area was left so clean.
Absolutely superb dealings with this company from start to finish, no hard sell, nothing too much trouble and a fair quote given. I would definitely recommend this company if anyone has drainage problems, you will not be disappointed.

Nicole & Jake are the power team at Drain Doctor, Beyond exceptional service, super genuine, I was so worried about high costs for the issue to be resolved however Jake solved the issue without any extensive further works. Really recommend these guys and not only was the issue resolved efficiently he came within the hour ! These guys are my go to people for any future plumbing issues :) Thank you so much

We made the initial enquiry online and were contacted within minutes and an appointment made. I was contacted on the day of the appointment to advise that they were able to send someone earlier than originally stated and to check if that would be okay. The chap that came out was extremely professional and explained what he would need to do and explained the costs. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and explained exactly what he was doing each step of the way. I would certainly use them again should the need arise. All staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Contacted Drain Doctor after discovering a problem and they responded so quick I was impressed. Mark came out next day and repaired the drain. He did such a neat job of it and I’m very pleased. 100% recommend.

I put an email enquiry through late afternoon and before COP a friendly chap called me to confirm someone could come out the very next day. I was called by Nicole in the office to let me know Mark was on his way & Mark fixed our drain problem with ease and the service has been fab. Nicole was great support from the office and even called me back to check my email address for a receipt & report Really friendly and efficient staff I am very impressed thank you

I am so impressed by Drain Doctor. We discovered that our neighbours’ sewage was overflowing in our garden due to a blocked sewage pipe. When I phoned Drain Doctor, Helen, in the office, was so friendly, helpful and reassuring. The engineer, Mark, came later the same day and stayed until the pipes were cleared and checked. I have used Drain Doctor since 2017, and they are my first port of call for any drain blockages. The managerial staff are very helpful, and I like that they call me back to give me an eta for the technician.
As with previous visits, I was very pleased today with the service offered. Brad arrived within 35 minutes of calling the help line. He just got on with the work in a professional way, and completed the job within the hour.
