Drain Doctor - Bedford Recensioni

Carl was extremely professional, efficient and fixed the issue! The cost was very reasonable for what needed to be completed. I will always now use the company as well as recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you very much Carl for your great customer service and for getting the job done!

You state fair and ethical pricing but today I was charged £198 for a 5 minute job, and I feel completely ripped off. I was told on the phone the issue would diagnosed so I can be quoted accordingly. The man said £165 plus vat, before he had even looked. He then hoovered out a lump of hair in the shower drain, and I couldn’t believe I had been quoted and charged in that way, for such a simple job. My husband is fuming, understandably. Looking online, it should have cost between £50 and £80.

Tom and his mate were absolutely professional efficient and polite with dealing with my old dad who is 90 he was blown away with their thoroughness and expertise thank you

Punctual, friendly and sorted the problem!

On time as planned!
Nice guy, very good diagnosis, clean and tidy. Good job! Only problem - he gave me a bill!

your guys answer all my questions now waiting for you to get back to me with a quote.

they always arrive on time are very helpful either on the phone or conversation on site prices are very reasonable too

Although there is further work required, Tom arrived when expected carried out a very professional job under difficult circumstances. When he departed the drains clear and flowing and all was tidy and sanitized. A first class service.

Tom and Craig came back today to complete the final stage of a blocked drain that Tom cleared last week, the problem was tree roots had got into the drainage pipe where a pipe join had come apart, they cleared the roots and then did a point of repair by inserting a sleeve where the join had come apart. Very knowledgeable guys showed everything to me on the camera very professional and polite excellent job done. Definitely recommend these guys

Really helpful ! Quick and efficient.
Profesional and very friendly !

Really happy with the service offered and provided. I was kept informed of when they would arrive, and upon arrival (Tom, and later also Craig) both friendly, knowledgeable team members had a quick look and gave a clear idea of the pricing and what would be carried out on this visit.. after thoroughly inspecting the drain in question and many of the surrounding drains it seems my problems with the drain are more complex than a simple blockage, and will require another visit with more in depth (digging up and inspecting what is the cause of the drains not draining away). Overall a positive experience thus far.

Easy communication and got the job done go a high standard

Prompt arrival after call out.
Keeping in touch when on the way
Diagnosed and treated and good advice all done efficiently
Thanks

Was able to visit the same day - even though the job wasn't urgent. Investigated thoroughly before starting work. Quoted up front for the expected cost and was very honest about what really needed doing.

A pleasant and competent technician resolved my issue with ease!
