Did great job clearing block been like this for a while bit expensive but done now thanks came over 30 minutes after i called them !!! The man on the phone was very helpful and the man that came was in birchington and turned round to come back !! Legend!!

Exceptional service. Solved very difficult blockage with kitchen drains involving three sinks. They were respectful of my home and polite. Delivered a prompt service, reasonable rates and with a smile. Cannot fault them. We are very grateful!

The whole service was impeccable. From the first phone call to when Kyle arrived. Polite, very friendly and clearly has a depth of knowledge as he had advised me of potential issue and tips to be aware of which were not raised on previous visits. Fast in replying to attend call out - Plumber knew what he was on about - explained clearly the work to be carried out - explained what the problem was - explained the cost of the job - Plumber was very friendly 10/10

Leon & Kyle were really quick to respond, they didn't charge for the initial call out to quote on repairing a leaking pipe and they even put a temporary repair in place. They then came back the next day to complete the full repair, and they also passed on some very helpful information re making an insurance claim for the water damage from the leak. Overall an excellent service, very trustworthy, professional, friendly, and competitive pricing, would highly recommend.

We had Kyle come in to sort a blocked drain from and upstairs bathroom, the job was a bit of a nightmare, but Kyle was professional and super helpful and was super sorry for a couple of hiccups, even though it wasn’t his fault. He came and fixed the problem and made the drainage system more adequate for the job, well done mate and thanks so much. Drain doctor Kyle is an absolute credit to your company a bonus is needed for this guy I think

great customer service and very quick response

A blocked toilet situated in the converted loft of the building. This was a difficult job with access and working space very limited. The blockage was at the very top of the discharge pipe and it was impossible to reach. Kyle and Colin eventually came up with an ingenious solution. Problem solved!

Great professional, friendly service. I have never used google to find someone beforehand, but had a drainage emergency where I was impressed and after a watch & wait decided I needed further repairs and assessment. Again very happy thus far. Work still to be completed ( part two) but I’m sure I’ll be as happy as after first two engagements. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Colin went above and beyond helping examine and fix our drains after a rat infestation. He let me watch while he was carrying out the CCTV survey, explaining anything he came across, plus he filled in holes with cement and fitted rat traps. Was very calm and friendly, happy to answer all my questions, would highly recommend.
