This is a headshop with a very rare quality in that they go that extra mile to try and source what you need if they don't have it, more like a friend than a salesperson,in my case even though I wasn't making a big purchase I needed to collect that same day so I set off without checking directions, confident that my sat nav would get me to there without a hitch,it was about 2 miles away when my sat nav decided to go rogue on me and itself contradicting every instruction and direction it gave me with the command "perform a U turn", after numerous changes to my route I realized it had less of a clue than i did and was stalling for time before I figured out that it was more SAD NAV than sat nav, my only hope was to phone the shop,and by now that evil device had taken me over 4 miles away so with the patience of a saint the proprietor directed me the rest of the way .In this day and age customer service like that is a very rare thing indeed just based on that alone I would score them 6 out of 5 if I could. A pleasure doing business with,oh did I forget to mention the glassware was TOP QUALITY.

Ordered a bong, but for some reason (technical issues probably) they didnt had the one i wanted, so i received and email that they can exchange with a similar one and i agreed with it. The bong i received is briliant and suport staff is realy kind and answering emails realy quick. When this bong i got shaters, ill buy another one from Dragons Head Shop

The pipes I ordered arrived exactly on time, well protected and all intact. They were wrapped safely in bubble wrap so no damage could happen.
Great customer service from the team at Dragons Head shop ensuring everything was sent as quickly as possible. Then checking in with me a few days later making sure everything was ok.

I can't rave about this place enough- when it comes to Customer service they outrank every shop I have bought anything from. The are personable, knowledgeable about their stock, open to helping you out- even if you ask for an order that they are not offering. If you are ever in a situation whether you don't know whether you can trust these guys- take it from me, you can.
