From start to finish, Umit and his team were exemplary. We are a small organization, but were treated as if we were their most important customer. Umit worked closely with me before our first interpretation session to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The translators were delightful and professional and our first multi-lingual Zoom Meeting was a great success. Dragoman's commitment to high-level customer service made us look good with our customers.
