So far draftss has been exactly what we needed to start our marketing and content journey. They are excellent and timely in creating content for us with very little direction.

Happy with the service and results! My project manager Jess has been incredibly helpful in navigating projects with me. I'm new to outsourcing and direction so this has been a great experience so far. Being on different time zones gets a little tricky, but Jess and her team are very accommodating and synchronized to our company's needs. The longer we work together, the stronger the output becomes.

Draftss has done a great job churning out video work for us. They have adapted to fit any style we throw at them and make sure we get the end product we are looking for. They are easy to communicate with and organize work. Not to mention they are extremely fast.

Just concluding the first month (will be continuing on for 2nd) and absolutely fantastic levels of designs, attention and work ethic from the designer & account manager Vanessa. We've had a few meetings via zoom to ensure we are on the same page with our project and the account manager has been on top of everything from the off. Splendid stuff!

I’ve had a great experience using Draftss. I have been working with freelance designers for over 10 years, and used KIMP at a previous job. Lately, I felt the value of KIMP has greatly declined, so I decided to try another service. I am so glad I did!

The standout aspects of the service has been my project manager, Jas. Not only has she been incredibly responsive, but she has also been proactive in ensuring I get the most out of the service. Her attentiveness and ability to anticipate my needs have truly set this experience apart.

The quality of designs has been very good overall. Of course, as with any design service, not every output is perfect, but the majority have met or exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the amount of work completed per day is excellent—far better than I anticipated. There have been some designs that totally floored me in terms of quality and complexity - they left me thinking "Wow, you made that in just a day!?!?!". With the starter deal or a 12-month plan, I calculated that each day's task has cost me about $20, which is a great value. For one day's work, I’ve received full webpage layouts, animations, and other substantial designs, making this a fantastic deal.

There are a couple of areas where I’ve encountered minor challenges. While the Draftss platform has been better than I initially expected, version management is basic, leading to occasional missed details in revisions. Additionally, while the designs themselves are strong, the design team is not always careful with text placement. There has been a couple of times I’ve received designs where text was cut off, incorrect, or missing altogether. This hasn’t been a dealbreaker - Draftss have been extremely responsive with revisions - but it is an area they can improve.

Overall, Draftss has been a great investment and I highly recommend it. I am so glad I decided to switch! The combination of good quality designs, a proactive project manager, and excellent daily output at a competitive price makes it a service I’d recommend to anyone needing ongoing graphic design work.

Jas and the team have been great in adjusting to the speed and volume of our requests. The quality of the designs is great too especially for the price. We went from the monthly to annual charge after confirming they were a good team to work wth.

I have been using Draftss for almost two months and they have helped me complete a wide range of design projects. I have placed a few requests a week and it has been so helpful to have their design support. I really like the dashboard to place requests, see progress and provide feedback. As I learn how to work with the team and use tool we are moving even faster now. I definitely had a traffic jam of design projects when I started and only wish I had found them sooner.

Experience has been great! Project manager, Jas and the designers are very knowledgeable and communicates effectively. I’m looking forward to bringing more design projects.

Everything about draftss is just so much better. People here actually care about us. They don't just spit out figma files to get things done. Expect explainer videos and all that shows the reasoning behind why they've done the things they've done!
