Best company ever. All these shoes are EXTREMELY COMPANY. it is like a pillow on your feet. Easily the next big fashion company. Nam is extremely hard working and everything he is doing will turn out to be successful because of how hard he works.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!! Stay very far away from DracoSlides.I ordered a pair of limited edition slides they were selling on the 13 of February. It was to be delivered on February 20. The item never came. I sent them numerous emails and no reply. I contacted the support chat on their website and all they said was "once the package is shipped" its out of their hands contact the shipping company. I spoke with UPS and they were no help either. They don't have a phone number to contact them and they don't respond to your emails. It's been about 2 weeks now and nothing from them. I had to escalate the matter to my bank! FRAUD COMPANY!!! All those 5 star reviews are Bogus. Paying for reviews to make your company look a certain but still can't deliver orders on time or respond to emails. They also pay for comments on their Instagram page. April 17 2025 and I still haven't got my Dracoslides..

I think all of these other comments are ai or bots took about a week to get here amazing comfort def worth the money

I placed an order on November 28th and received nothing. They are a Fraud and I will be reporting them to the BBB. When you take people's money and do not provide a service or provide them with a product that's considered a FRAUD!!. I filed a claim with PayPal and thank goodness I used PayPal.

Placed an order on Dec. 14,2024. Order supposedly shipped on the 18th express shipping and never have received the items. I filed a claim with my card company because customer service was no help ! Do no purchase.

The best pair of slides I've ever bought. Yeh they took some time to get here but Canada post was on strike so no blame on the company. Thanks Draco Slides and team!

I ordered these for my son and I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address. I reached out to customer service and Mike was very quick to help me out. They fixed the issue and delivered my son’s slides within a few days. Will shop again!

This company stole $99.00 from me. I’ve been waiting on a refund since November. No refund has been issued. After you place an order with them, something else will come on the screen as if your order wasn’t processed. Do not fall for this.! Customer service is absolutely pathetic.

Felt iffy after order based on reviews but my order shipped in 3 business days got here fairly quick. My only gripe is on one pair (reflective) the material was peeling in multiple places. My other pair non reflective are fine fairly comfortable after you loosen them up.

if i could give zero i would, cannot get an answer about where my order is...its been 2 weeks and still nothing....customer service is non existant and the post office says the tracking number is wrong...thank goodness i purchased with american express cause im getting my money back from these frauds....

Don't buy these. I haven't bought any, but reading reviews and looking at the guy's profile on TikTok and Instagram, I can tell he is a fraud. He buys followers on both platforms to seem legit. He floods his reviews with bots talking about how good his product is. I found the same one on AiExpress for 30 dollars. So please don't bust your ass buying $120 slides get yo money up

Shipping is horrible!!!! Took 2 weeks to ship , I still do not have my items when I placed my order it said I wouod recieve them in 2 to 5 days and it's been 2 weeks now if not longer!

This company is blatantly lying about shipping your order. They openly claim 1-2 days ship and 8 day delivery. They generate shipping labels and provide tracking to make it look they shipped it when they didn't. After back and forth and lying they finally admitted they did this and I have the emails to prove it. Just be honest about the product delays or you have no trust and credibility!

Zero stars is what I would give if I could. The lack of customer service for this business is shocking. They delivered merchandise to a completely different address. Not even a house Nextdoor or a street over. Miles away. To a home that I have no idea who owns or lives there. And wanted me to go to the address and request the package, instead of making things right and sending out a new pair to the address that was provided to them. Now I have paid for merchandise I will never have and they will not fix it. Do NOT purchase from this company unless you have money you’re willing to part with and get nothing in return.

horrible customer service, ordered size 11-12 got a 5-6 trying to return or exchange is frustrating cant contact anyone by phone only email and takes forever to get a response when doing a return they don't give you back all your money Don't order from this company!!!!!

I received my first hair in 7 days I ordered another pair for my nephew it still hasn't arrived. When I contact the customer service they told me to track it still hasn't arrived now they're ignoring me....

TRASH!!! Never got my stuff. Stopped replying. Says delivered. Basically just stole my money. This a hole won’t reply in the email so now I’m shizz out of luck and they have my money. I actually have a deep rooted hate for these guys now.

I have been waiting two and half weeks no phone number to call and finally get a response from a bot email saying they have been delivered and attached a tracking to New Jersey I live in California and have been scammed now I have to show my bank the emails and fake tracking to report fraud and get my money back these companies should be shut down

Horrible slides!! Looks like SHEIN made them! $100 and quality is HORRIBLE AND mine came with marker and rust all over them and they are white, hardly adjustable and look horrible on feet, straps are thin and flimsy and held together by 3 1/2” pieces of Velcro . Customer service is horrible and I’m now going to call my bank to stop payment since they don’t respond . Will be making a TikTok on this scam company
