Friendly helpful staff
A product I use has been changed so I looked online and saw that DPharmacy had stock , I rang the store and explained that I just wanted to know if they had any of the older version, the girl who took my call was extremely friendly and helpful and went and checked - they had one left, I ordered it online and it arrived a couple of days later :)
