I’m giving them 3 stars because I’ve had the wired one and it worked really well for the two years I had it until the neck snapped so I ordered a replacement one that was cordless but the charger it came with doesn’t work so I’ve had it for a week and haven’t been able to use it other than that I love the brand

This is the 3rd one my wife and I have…
This is the 3rd one my wife and I have bought. They are excellent products but yes they do tend to have a somewhat short shelf life on them, although the last one we have received is doing very well with no issues.
The customer service is good and had no issue after some pictures and videos of the product and its issues on why it was not working anymore, there was no hesitation in a replacement product on the first one but the second one started with a very loud noise and my wife said it was very uncomfortable and not very strong. So we went through the whole process again and after sometime we were given a nice discount code to purchase another one . The only other issue was the time frame it took to respond to us and then to get the new product was very lengthy.
We still love the product and when it’s working it’s my wife’s favorite but next time we will rethink getting another one and maybe shop around for a less pricey one so we don’t have to continue to pay the higher price for products that don’t last very long.

Great product, long power cord so you don't have to be right next to an outlet and can easily move around.

Blows your mind but build not great
Although the item itself performs superbly, the collar on the wand has come unstuck after only its second use. When spending this much, I would have expected the build quality to be a little better. Managed to glue it back down so hopefully ok now

This review is purely about customer service. The website says that items should ship within 5-7 days. I had an initial email saying my order has been placed, and then a day or two later the money left my account, but no notification from Doxy. I left it 7 days from the money leaving my account to get in touch with the help desk. Again, nothing. Two days later I got an email saying my parcel was now shipped. Two days after that I heard from the help desk. The products from Doxy are amazing, it's a real shame that their customer service doesn't match the level of their wands.

the shipment took forever to arrive
the shipment took forever to arrive. because i was not home when UPS first attempted delivery, I had to go to another location to pick it up. they did not have it when I first got notice. I kept waiting and finally they had it. And in the end it was the wrong cable. The device still did not work so the whole thing was just a misfire.
