You guys are just after the money. EMPATHY means nothing to you guys. Duty of Care means nothing. An establishment that sees money as it's only goal with no regards for human live does not deserve my credit.

Excellent Professional Service
Timothy was excellent at timely communication and he notarized and apostilled my documents quickly. The process couldn't be easier and I felt comfortable dealing with Downtown Notary. If I need legal assistance in the future I will definitely contact them again.

Second time
This is my second time already. And I can really say that each time has been a very satisfactory and pleasant experience. Mario has shown professionalism every time we correspond with each other only through email and some calls. Since I live here in Windsor I thought it would be difficult at some point. But he didn’t make me feel that way. Everything went smoothly. He walked me through each and every step. That alone made it all easy for me. I appreciate you Mario. Without a doubt you are more than a 5 stars!
