I ordered a 4 pack of tactical work pants from this company which also goes by the names, Miverfa and Wessaire, on May 14, and again on July 7, thinking that they were not related. I never received my pants from either one and they keep giving me a run around. Here is the email they use for my refund request: "Thank you for contacting and supporting us.

We're sorry for the poor shopping experience and are resolving it.
We've understood your concerns and applied for a 【90%】 refund, which will be processed today and returned via your original payment method.
The refund typically takes 15-25 working days, depending on your bank's processing speed. Rest assured, you'll receive it eventually.

and on other occasions, they promise to reship, etc, etc, etc. and nothing comes. They need to prosecuted for fraud!

I placed my order on July 16, 2026. I was to get my package in 3-5 days. After waiting weeks, I contacted their customer service. I rec'd an email asking me to wait patiently, that it is in transit. I waited and waited, I heard nothing. It is now August 18th. Tracking shows delivered, but it has not been delivered. I reached out again today - looking forward to their response. I would not recommend ordering from this company!!!

My husband placed an order where he was supposed to get 10 shirts for a specific price. He placed his order. Order was to arrive in 3-5 days. It's been almost 2 weeks now and he didn't get his order. I have reported to my bank as a scam and see if we can get our money back. Do not order from this place.He's never even received and email about the order.

Same story. Ordered on July 16th and it’s August 4th, no package. Got my cc bill other day, for sure calling my cc!! Biggest disappointing issue is I see the ad all day every day on YouTube!! Why is there a fake avertising scam on YouTube in 2026?? Seriously….

In the ad they claimed the package would be delivered in 2-3 days. However, after you make the payment, they will tell you to wait patiently. It has been 3 weeks now since I purchased from them. They use the Track718 website to display computer-generated fake transit updates. If you have purchased something from them, call your bank and dispute the transaction immediately!

Should have came here before ordering! Same thing happened. shows signed and delivered after 31 days and nothing. no hand off tracking number in the US. Google searched and says to stay away -

If I could give a zero I would I ordered a package on June the 5th is now July 9th no package says delivered but not package received and now can't get hold of anyone. Scam gonna dispute on card hopei get my money back. 😠

This company is a scam they are stealing from people they took my money but l didn't get my order it was put in May 20th that is the day they took my money and l still have not received my order

This company is a rip-off.
They sell you stuff and you don't receive

Ordered over a month ago through a targeted ad on Instagram, waited over 30 days while getting vague updates from a 3rd party tracking service. Finally got a message saying my package had been delivered; no package. After writing to Dovvishop customer service for a full refund, they tried to negotiate the amount at 60% (for a product I never received). I finally settled at 90% to cut my losses and resolve the issue. Now I have to wait another two weeks for this partial refund to my cc. In summary, 30+ days wasted, no product, 10% of my money withheld. Extremely poor way to conduct a business. Never again,
