We was very happy with our visit at your kennels. The staff are very friendly. They showed us round then let us to look round on our own. We chose a lovely pugalier. She is perfect. Very easy going with my grandchildren. Very placid. Loves her cuddles. Just perfect.

We got our Cavapoo around 4weeks ago! The kennels were very good during our purchase and afterwards too! Ralph has settled so well, passed his health checks with our chosen vets and has been super with his training. Walkies take us ages as everyone loves him…….but not as much as us!!! Xx

We had a great time at Douglas Hall kennels looking for a new puppy no pressure to buy a pup the staff were really helpfull

Such a lovely place, all the pups where so clean and loving. We was able to take our dog so she can see her new sister. So overall the experience was amazing, the kennels where so clean and I would definitely visit again in the future!

We were made very welcome and left to meet the puppies at the kennels. Once we met Dougie the process of taking him home was very easy and helpful. Staff answered all our questions - even the silly ones. We left with Dougie feeling calm and relaxed as to what to do next.

We bought our gorgeous Cavapoo puppy at 9 weeks old from Douglas Hall Kennels. We were so impressed by overall feeling of care and cleanliness. Wonderful selection of really healthy pups. Our little girl is a bouncy healthy bundle of mischief and much admired everywhere. About to start puppy training classes soon. She's a wonderful addition to our family. We are a retired couple but she would also make a great pet for a family with children. Added bonus - we've only heard her bark twice

Great kennel’s, warm friendly staff. I got a Borkie and she is amazing. The kennels are clean and the dogs are all well looked after and vaccinated, wormed and vet checked. 10/10 thank you so much.

we got our new morkie member from douglas hall kennels just a few weeks ago..the pups all looked clean and healthy ...the staff was great and very helpful would definitely recommend .

After a lot of thought and making the decision to get a puppy we turned up at Douglas Hall Kennels one Sunday at the end of June hoping they would have a red Cavapoo puppy for us to meet. To our surprise, we ended up leaving within an hour with our new pet, they had just what we wanted and we fell in love with him straight away. Douglas Hall made the process very easy, talked us through injections, worming, flea prevention etc. We’ve now had him for around 2 months and we are so happy with him, he has a great temperament, very friendly, playful and obedient. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a new puppy!

Great service from start to finish. Lovely staff who've kept in touch to make sure everything is ok and see how pup is settling in and checking to see if we have any concerns.
I was worried initially getting a pup from this type of establishment but I couldn't be more mistaken and would highly recommend DHK for anyone looking for there new fur baby.

Douglas Hall kennels was a great way to interact with different puppies, getting to spend time with them to ensure you are choosing the right one for you..we was left to take are time, pick, stroke, and play with all the puppies. we wasn't over looked by anyone from Douglas Hall and they they explained on arrival where we could find someone if we required any help or information about anything. Once I set eyes on my puppy I sat there for 30 minutes just cuddling with him. I then went to the office where the staff where informative regarding my puppy's history as well as what I can expect from the breed. my puppy had already had his first vaccine and was given the choice to put a deposit down and collect at my own convenience and that he could stay until he has his second vaccine or I could take him home the same day and book in with my local vet for his second vaccine. he was micro chipped and Douglas Hall informed the company of the new registration so you don't have to do anything. they ask you to get a vet check with 48 hours so if any health problems where to be identified then they would cover the cost (excluding fractures, break etc). they tell you that your able to contact them whenever for advise, queries, and even if your puppy isn't settling into there knew home. they have starter packs available at an extra purchase which takes any pressure off from having to go and buy anything. I had a follow up call 2 weeks later to check how my puppy is doing, as well as myself. I would highly recommend a visit to Douglas Hall kennels, beinb able to visit puppies to ensure it's the right thing for you and to get such great support throughout and after.

Very happy with Mabel 11 week old Cavachon. We have had her 10 days and she gets on with Missy (7 months) so well. So chilled yet playful so friendly with everyone. Our Vet gave Mabel a clean bill of health. Would recomend Douglas Hall well worth a visit.

We visited Douglas Hall Kennels after seeing a post online about their ‘older pups’. We hadn’t long since lost our Labrador but home just didn’t feel like home without a 4 legged friend. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were shown around and they answered any questions we had. We were then left alone to spend some time with the pups and see which, if any felt right to join our family. We fell in love with one of the older Cavapoo’s the minute we saw him. We were able to take him out of his pen and spend some time getting to know him without his litter mates.
It was a quick and easy, yet informative process when filling out the paperwork to bring him home. We were told all the necessary details about him and told to call at anytime if we had any further questions. We hadn’t been fully prepared to bring a pup home that day but their small shop provided us with the basics we needed.
He passed his puppy health check with flying colours and settled into home life well. After a few days I had some questions I hadn’t thought to ask, I messaged and had an answer back within a few hours. They have since called to check in with his progress and said to contact them any time I need to.
The kennels themselves were very clean and well maintained. It felt calm and relaxed, there was only one other family there whilst we were looking and the staff balanced well between being there to answer our questions but giving us the space to make a decision right for us. Overall we are very happy with our experience and Bear the Cavapoo has become a very much loved member of the family x

We got our cocker spaniel Luna from the Kennels the dog all where happy and healthy and the staff all cared about every one of the dogs. They made sure when we go Luna we had her checked out by our own vet. Our vat advised that Luna was in fantastic condition and healthy.

We were in search of our new family member and visited Douglas Hall Kennels as they were recommended to us. We had seen photos of two French Bulldogs on their website and I contacted them to arrange to go and meet them. My heart melted when I met our new puppy that we have named Charlie.
All the staff at the kennels were professional, friendly and knowledgeable giving us advice and information clearly to help us care for our new dog over the coming weeks.
Charlie has settled in well and enjoys the walks and playtime with my grandchildren when they visit. He has a lovely character.
I was very impressed that a few weeks after we took Charlie home, Douglas Hall Kennels rang us to see how he was doing and to remind us they are there for any help or advice going forward which just proved to me that they really care for all the dogs they breed.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I am sure whatever they are looking for, they will find here.
