Very helpful customer care

Scam site avoid …
Opened an account deposited a few hundred finally won a couple of hundred then my account was suspended for no reason! … I can’t withdraw my money… emailed them 100 times every time I was told it’s standard and account will be open soon… I sent all documentation asked for and still not unlocked… now my account is completely closed and I think my money must be gone?? Absolutely disgusting… I am taking this further to the gambling commission cause I have been robbed for no reason at all!!!!!

Made a review not long ago shortly after managed to win & withdraw... again for weeks my deposits have gone nowhere no matter what game i play it ALWAYS eats my money within 2 minutes.. honestly. Xmas X up is one of them because I grinded to x12 since november ofcouse no 3 Xs will spin out.. and should I get a collect sign with the x12 it will be 50p or 25p. I don't rate this site at all. I deposited £20 and received bonus spins. I then won say £15 on said free spins. I spent all the bonus money plus my deposit money and got it up to £90 in bonus, but because I haven't been on this site for over six months I couldn't make a withdrawal. I was in any other site they would of taken off my bonus winnings maybe my deposited not sure but I would have been able to get some money back from it, couldn't even play bingo. It's not a strategic and fair way to entice me to come back.
