Beautiful quality paper, fast delivery. Dots are really helpful Softer cover than I was hoping for as it tends to wobble when carried as an A3 size. I’ve been using the pads to do some geometry and... Leggi di più

The product was all that I expected, with thicker paper so that fountain pen ink and fine-liner ink does not show through the reverse of the page. Also the very feint dots across the page are great fo... Leggi di più

The service is impecable. Fast and very helpful. However, I must admit That I am a tiny bit disappointed with my journal. Any other pen than a fine liner bleeds through the pages. Not just a little, a... Leggi di più

Good product, personal service
Being disappointed with my order's shipping time, Callum from Dotgrid contacted me to explain why the order was predicted to take slightly longer than I'd expected, and followed this up with an email after the order was delivered.
In fact, the order _did_ arrive earlier than the estimate, and in very good condition. It's the first time I've used Dotgrid notebooks (I bought the A3), and I'm very impressed with the quality. It's exactly what I've been looking for, and I'll certainly buy again. Great quality paper with a nice, bright feel, and a pleasure to use.

Hi Mark. You ordered on Friday 2nd. Usually we arrange for the courier to collect the same day (for collection on the next working day, which would have been Monday 5th), however due to machinery being serviced we were shut on this day. We arranged collection the next working day (Monday 5th) and it is being collected today (Tuesday 6th), so that's two working days to dispatch. We use MyHermes within the UK as they offer a secure service with tracking who aim to deliver within 5 working days, but is usually faster. Meaning it should be with you this week.

Thanks Bradley, glad you love our products! Unfortunately we still don't stock in the US, however we do now ship to the US for free on orders over £50 GBP, which makes it much more affordable!
I absolutely love my Dotgrid book!
Fantastic product and makes mocking up UX concepts so, so simple!!
Will definitely be returning soon when I run out of room in my current book.
