Wholesome experience
The whole experience of shopping on the website was extremely pleasant and when the package arrived, which was very quickly, I was the most impressed by a handwritten note, even though I purchased products on Black Friday. I also got tones of samples and a pouch with the purchase as well as miniatures. I will definitely purchase from dotdotskin again.

Hands down the best shop to buy Korean skincare in the NL
Love this store. The whole shopping experience is great and I don't need to order directly from Korea anymore. Great, cruelty free products too! ❤ I highly recommend giving it a go, if you want to try k-beauty.

My new favourite skin care store.
So first things first. Im so happy that it is European based and that it is super affordable! Im from the Netherlands and it arrived with in 1 day!
And the other best thing, if they say that they will send samples... THEY WILL SEND SAMPLES. They send a lot. everything for your needs.
Also you get send a hand written note with your orders. If that doesn't scream quality, then i don't know anymore.. 10/10 would order again.

Fijne producten en top service!
Wat een heerlijke producten hebben ze,voor elke huidtype. De omschrijving van de producten geeft goed aan of ze voor je huid geschikt zijn. Ook worden bij je bestelling samples meegestuurd die specifiek geschikt zijn voor je huid. Mijn bestellingen ontvang ik ook altijd erg snel. Ik ben echt heel tevreden.

Geweldig!!!
Ik heb al wat vaker besteld bij Dotdotskin. Ten eerste als ik vragen heb reageert de klantenservice binnen 5 minuten en helpt me ook goed. Daarnaast kun je aangeven wat voor sampels je wil of wat voor huid je hebt bv en dan wordt er door dotdotskin uitgekozen wat bij je past. De levering is snel en het pakketje is zo leuk en schattig ingepakt met een handgeschreven briefje. Kortom ik zou zeker bestellen!!!

Love all my purchases
Love all my purchases so far! The trio of serums really make a difference to my skin after I started to use them. Recently started the Ginseng toner as well.
I love that Dot Dot Skin can help you buy products based on your skintype and also makes sure the samples you get matches your skintype as well🥰

Fijne producten en goede service
Mooie website en fijne producten, ook voor de niet-Aziatische huid. Snelle en goede service, de pakketjes worden mooi verpakt met een leuk kaartje erbij met tips voor de verzorging van jouw huid. Ook ontvang je samples erbij waarvan de mensen achter dotdotskin denken dat de producten goed bij jouw huid passen (wat in mijn geval ook zo was).

This was a nice shopping experience, the website is easy to browse, the careful selection of products by the owner made it easier for me to make a decision and the descriptions of all the products are very straightforward which I also appreciate. Everything went well with the ordering and the payment. I received my order quickly, safely wrapped but without any unnecessary packaging. The package contained everthing I ordered plus a lovely handwritten note and a bunch of testers. Would recommend.
