If you need a stylish door don’t go anywhere else, Im so made up with the door I purchased from designing the door on line, speaking with Darren to organise a site visit to finally getting the door installed, all where brilliant, installation team, professional and did a fab job, the quality of the door is the best and ive looked so many doors, love the design and the quality along with the technology built in. Thanks to Darren for loads of help given.

Very good service from start to finish. Dortech produced draft drawings for approval with a few days and the door was delivered ahead of schedule. The quality of the door and sidescreen was very good. As I was installing myself, I followed the instructions for glazing the unit and for inserting the door panel within the frame. This was all relatively simple. I did have a few queries regarding the adjustment of door height and pleased to say that these were answered by return. I would certainly recommend.

We encountered problems in the fitting of our new front door from the start. Over several months, independent fitters were sent along with new parts but to no avail. Dortech offered us a completely new door to solve the problem.
The new door has resolved the glitches and we are now pleased with its result

I had a front door replaced by Dortech from the sales to the fitting can’t fault. Lots of people asking where I got it from and sending them to Dortech. Keep up the good work will be enquiring for the back door early next year.

Paid a deposit for 2 doors at a fixed price. Doors were ready for delivery the company increased the price without any notice and refused to deliver. Also refused to refund deposit.
As it stands I’m £2000 out of pocket with no doors.

It's a shame they are not interested if you only leave an email as contact, gave them all the information requested, didn't leave tel number because it's difficult to answer calls whilst at work and didn't want to be harassed into something.
But no response anyway, not what I would have expected.

Have been asked to provide proof by Dortech as they don't think I'm a genuine customer, never got that far because they never contacted me back, contact form was filled out on your website, how am I able to show you proof and why would I lie ?

A very high quality door which looks absolutely amazing. Also the customer service is First Class.
Looked at many other companies but no on in my view could match Dortech. Top notch security door with must have soft closing!

I have recently had a front door purchased and fitted by Dortech doors. Darren provided an exemplary service answering any queries promptly. I was kept fully informed concerning my order and am absolutely delighted with the finished fitted product. I recently purchased a door from dortech. My dealing was with xxx i explained i live in a victorian terrace and i needed a bespoke door made to the original size of the door that was on the property. We agreed on designs. She sent Rxxxxd engineer to measure up i made it clear to Rxxxd that i wanted the original size of door to be made i mentioned the reason why i was using dortech that i wanted the original size door he agreed that he would do that i paid 50% upfront and 50% before the door was fitted.On arrival the fitters didnt have the correct bracket to fit the door he had to wait for the correct brakets to arrive the fitter than proceded to fit the door using 3inch masonry screws when the company had supplied him with longer scews to use for the job ther was also two Scratches on the door which came from the factory. That wasnt the fitters fault. Over all i have no issues with the quality of the product my issues is that Rxxxd lied to me and didn't give me the size of the door i wanted i hope somebody comes out to take the Scratches out the door. I have bee open and honest with my review update 29/09/22 the company came out to fix the problems with door they put the correct screws in the door and re aligned the whole door xxx and axxx where fantastic no issues with there workmanship. Thank your doortec for a fantastic product.

I have had four aluminium doors fitted by Dortech. They are undoubtedly a great addition to the functionality and appearance of the house. They are of excellent quality and workmanship made by a British company!

Great service from Dortech!

I'm a wheelchair user and we had a door made by Dortech. It's got a Twist Assist lock which can also be managed via an app and it has worked perfectly thus far.

Absolutely delighted with my new back door. From designing, ordering and fitting Dortech Doors are a class above any other company I have dealt with. The aluminium door with triple glazing is exquisite quality and allows light to flood into a previously dark area of kitchen, while offering great security. A solid build. The installation team were top class and paid attention to care and details. I would highly recommend Dortech Doors for a thoroughly professional service from start to finish.

The first time I popped in the Hudds branch & what a awesome experience. James in the trade counter apologised for not having the unusual part I required, however tried avidly tried to find an alternative. He went above and beyond the call of duty & sent me to see Charlie in the manufacturing plant. Charlie was equality exceptional & couldn't do enough to resolve my issue, & eventually found some parts that would suffice…which they did!!
Needless to say, my issue was resolved & parts supplied FOC were perfect for the job.

We were looking to replace our front door and had poor experience of Anglian and Everest so we looked around and came across Dortech. The whole process from designing your own style on the website to the job completing was a great experience and the product itself is fantastic. There was minimal disturbance of the existing plaster work both inside and out, in fact for most of it you couldn’t see any disturbance at all. The door feels a very solid construction and the soft close feature makes it so easy to close, just a gentle push. We had the Ultion lock installed and that has done away with searching for keys. The auto lock and unlock is brilliant. In addition it was cheaper than most of the other suppliers!

The design & planning of the door has been discussed with me at every stage. Always kept in the loop with everything. The finished product is amazing, you can see how brilliant the quality is.
