Honest, approachable and considerate.
We recently sold our property in Dorchester, after speaking to several agents we felt that we could trust them, they listened and offered advice that worked with our plans. Their approach to the marketing and dealing with multiple offers meant we achieved more than we expected. They were unfailingly upbeat and professional, even when difficulties arose with the chain. We felt they lived up to our expectations and were honest and considerate throughout. Highly recommended.

Don’t invite this agent to sell your…
Don’t invite this agent to sell your house as they clearly have no idea what it is worth!! They recently sent me an unsolicited letter about someone who apparently had identified my property as of interest to them. However, their maximum budget was at least a quarter of a million pounds below my properties current market value! Not only was this an insulting and rude approach, it clearly demonstrates what an ignorant and ill informed Estate Agents they are!
You have now flagged my review as you don’t like what you read! Well neither did I appreciate your unsolicited letter sent to me yesterday that contained erroneous information. You don’t need any more info as you will have a copy on file that you sent to me yesterday!!
