awful return policy!!

awful return policy!!! i paid as much to return the order as i purchased it for and now they can resell. AWFUL EXPERIENCE; DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service was no help and the websites messaging system is awful

Received items not wanted…

We received items that we did not select. My son did not receive certain things he selected. Almost like your company just choose for him, or the photos we had to choose from did not match the selection numbers.

Not worth the money

Shipping was fast but a lot of the items are cheap or were missing. The bedskirt literally didn’t even fit half of the bed. For the price you can just order the stuff of Amazon and get better quality. Will not use this service again.

Pillow headboard

The pillow headboard is perfect for my daughter dorm room. She didn’t want the hard headboard so this was a good option to have.

Easy to order

Easy to order, arrived as described. The only thing that would be more helpful is if they had the dimensions of furniture in schools they are affiliated with. For example, the desk shelf I purchased was too big.

Poor Quality

The product I received had poor quality and came damaged. When you screw the areas together it broke apart. If we didn't need it immediately I would have sent it back.

So far, so good...Item came quickly. Headboard looks great. Can't wait to add to my son's dorm room!
