The program helped me become more aware…

The program helped me become more aware of my patterns around self-sabotage, consistency, and the ways I was getting in my own way. The biggest change I noticed was becoming more intentional about my habits and taking greater responsibility for my decisions instead of operating on autopilot.

I found the community, accountability, and the discussions around mindset particularly valuable. They encouraged me to reflect on areas of my life that I had been avoiding and helped me approach personal growth with more awareness.

There were also aspects that didn’t fully resonate with me, as not every lesson or approach applied equally to my specific circumstances. However, I was able to take what was useful and apply it in a way that worked for me.

Overall, I would recommend the program to someone who is looking for greater self-awareness, structure, and support while working toward personal development goals.

It's expensive but you have to ask yourself what it's costing you NOT to do it

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My real life is finally starting....

I'm in my final month at Momentum University, and looking back at where I started, the changes are honestly hard to believe. Here's my before and after:

Used to bite my nails → nail-biting free for 3 months
Used to vape all day → don't even own a vape anymore, just an occasional puff off a friend's
Used to drink → stopped drinking
Used to use nicotine pouches → quit them completely
Used to pick fights in romantic relationships to dopamine-seek → broke the pattern entirely
Used to react and spiral over everything → now I care about maybe 10% of what I used to
Used to be mean to myself → now I do daily affirmations (even when they feel silly)
Used to feed every stimulating thought → now I put friction in front of them (push-ups, 5 min of a task I'm avoiding)
Bonus: all those push-ups got me really fit LOL
Still to come → using my last month to nail the sleep instructions (wish I'd done that first)
It's an expensive option, I won't pretend otherwise — but Maura is an incredible coach, and for me the math was simple. I'm launching a business, and the cost of losing what I'd already invested in it was far bigger than what this program costs. I still need to get my revenue up, but I know it's possible now. With my ability to concentrate and my dopamine healing naturally, I have no doubt I'm going to make more money because of the work I've done here.

My one honest tip for anyone starting: do the sleep instructions first and foremost. Everything else gets easier from there. If you're on the fence — recommit to yourself and do this. Thank you, Momentum University. 🤍

My Life Changing Transformation



Before Joining Momentum university I was on the verge of complete burn out. I had been masking, taking stimulants to get through the day and crashing hard and oversleeping. I was isolating myself from friends and family, not engaging with my company as the CEO, just felt flat and frozen. I knew I needed to get support or it was going to get worse. This turned out to be the exact place I needed.

In this supportive container/community I was able to get off of my ADHD meds, quit coffee, sugar and processed foods, and gained control and stability of my life and myself. My natural dopamine baseline is returning more and more every day, I sleep 8 hrs consistently every night, I wake up refreshed and naturally have energy and mental clarity. I am making art, reading books, socializing, & working out all the time… I’ve hit all of my goals and I’m now creating new ones. I truly feel like my self again and while I still go through challenges as we all do, I now have amazing tools to navigate through and overcome them with more grace and ease than before.

*The support with the weekly sessions and daily accountability with my coach was so helpful to get through the hard days/weeks.
* The education around sleep, supplements, exercises, and general info on ADHD I didn’t know about creates so much awareness and made me feel less crazy 😝

*Eugene the founder is so wonderful and knowledgeable in this field and genuinely cares about this cause to help others navigate and transform. Also the coaches are absolutely amazing!!

I highly recommend joining Momentum University to anyone looking to transform your life. I am living proof you can overcome any and all challenges and live a life of vitality, patience, focus and purpose.

ADHD is a superpower when regulated 😅

I didn’t have the tools to manage my ADHD and felt completely lost. I’d tried so many things, but nothing seemed to work. At first, I thought it might be a scam, but I’m so glad I was wrong. Now I understand both ADHD and myself much better, and I’ve improved in ways I never imagined.
