Recently purchased a front door from Doors 4U and they were brilliant to deal with. The door was excellent value compared to any of the crazy quotes I was getting locally. Would use again and would highly recommend to others

Apologies for this as clearance stock is selling so fast that we cannot update the website fast enough(even though we do that twice a week). We have taken your concerns on board and put a warning to check stock availability as we may have have sold it from the showroom in the last 48 hours.

APPALLING SERVICE
Absolutely unprofessional service. Thought they had the right to turn up, unannounced at my elderly, disabled Mother's house! Had the audacity to email me to say as its a free service to measure, they can turn up whenever they like!! No, they can't, and I emailed them so. Had a rude/obnoxious response back, hence this review, and we're taking our money elsewhere, to a more reputable company!! WOULD NEVER,NEVER, EVER EVER RECOMMEND. APPALLING SERVICE!!!

Quick easy to follow ordering process
Quick easy to follow ordering process. Only slight gripe is when they confirmed delivery they said Friday. They didn't however say which Friday. For improvement they need to be more clear regards dates.

Window ordered was not delivered nor…
Window ordered was not delivered nor was the email said to be sent to my address saying it was no longer available, all boxes of which were working perfectly for everyone else sending mail
They did try to find a replacement but nothing was suitable consequently fitting of my new window has had to be put back a week

Typically we would inform you right away if the item you have ordered is out of stock and propose a replacement. Very bad customer communication
Ordered a window on a 5 day turn around not only did they not have it in stock took them 4 days to tell me!! lost a full week on the job as i had ro re order from another supplier and wait a further 5 days !!!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had to wait so long to know the item was out of stock. We had a shortage of staff at the time and if don't have chance to check before the weekend then it can easily take 4 days to check stock availability. We are working on improving communication in these causes.
