Impressive heavy shining brass knocker. Expected to line up exactly two screws holes from existing knocker and despite careful measurements to millimetres required to drill further holes! The new machine screws enclosed needed to be cut shorter. This was a new skill for me, so somewhat apprehensive BUT worked fine. Finished product on door is lovely.

I spoke to Roisin who totally understood that I had to replicate the front door and not change anything as it was protected under a covernant. Roisin knew exactly what to do/order and made the whole process very easy and stress free.

Thank you for your comments. When you placed your order, there was a notice on the website homepage stating 'Orders placed after 12pm on 27th June would not be dispatched until 3rd July due to a change with our ERP system'. We also put up notices on social media to advise our customers that there would be a delay. We are sorry if you missed this information before placing your order. We usually dispatch within 24hrs (Mon-Fri) and use Next day delivery with DPD.

Thank you for your feedback. After your initial email regarding a return, we did check the size of HG99-125-PC and confirmed the height is 3", as listed. We're sorry to hear, however, that this wasn't suitable for your requirements.
