Excellent! Rapid respond!!

Very good company do deal with just need a phone number to get help.

Ordering portion of website seems a bit glychy.Havenxt received the product so can't comment on either delivery or quality. Maybe you should giv e some thought to soliciting reviews sometime after the product is received by you r coustomer.

I contacted them directly via email, to get some options for paying and they were fantastic to work with.

Had a wider selection of sliding screen larches than other sites I visited. Delivered promptly. Good experience.

Items were not in stock they were drop shipped. Afrer ordering items " in stock" I was told they would not ship for a full week because of lead time to be manufactured. How is thst possible if the item is " in stock" ?

I was sent a tracking number that was not valid for 5 days. whether this was UPS's fault or theirs i do not know but there was no response from " Customer Service" despite my daily request for a valid tracking number.....until I disputed the charge to my credit card. .

Here is the explanation they gave:
You chose free shipping 7-10 business days, on top of that the products you ordered required a lead time of 7-10 business days. That means you agreed to receiving the product up to 20 business days. The website clearly states on the product listing “Usually Ships In 7-10 Business Days”.

This was a completly false statement the products I chose, 2 thresholds made by NGP were listed on the Door Closers Usa website as " in stock" there is no reference to lead time or drop shipping. Here is the listing from the website:

I even had NGP customer service contact doorclosersusa..in an effort to find the package....but they never responded, perhaps because to do so would have revealed hey were really drop shipping and placing orders as Northwest Door Automation. In any event because they refused to respond to NGP, or reveal that the otder was placed as Northwest Door Automation NGP was unable to verify that they had shipped the package out. Unable to confirm shipping 4 days after being given an invalid tracking number, the dispute of charges had to be filed. Aug 25th

They were actually drop shipped from NGP and ordered by another entity Northwest Door Automation, not Door Closers USA. No explanation was ever provided for this practice ether.

Upon arrival one of the thresholds was not the model I had requested. this mistake was made by whomever packed the box at NGP ( remember Door Closers USA never had the items in inventory) Door Closers USA then announced that I would have to PAY to ship the incorrect item back, they would not pay to do so.

Doorclosersusa then told Trustpilot I was a competitor (we are a storage company) in an effort to supress this review.

the 5%off pop up window that opens up over and over again is incredibly annoying and makes extremely difficult to navigate through the website. However they did have the part that I need and at a ok price. But seriously get rid of the pop up window!!!! 2 stars till this is fixed.

My check out process kept making me re-type my info after I would fix something it would tell me to fix I would have type it in again.

the no customer service number is very odd

Ordered an out-swing arm for a Stanley Magic Force. Exact match! Great price and arrived 3 days earlier than estimated with free 7-10 day ground. Will definitely use this company again. I was hesitant at first, due to the lack of reviews on other sites.

Horrible experience!! I ordered a part and paid extra to have it shipped 2 day air and it took over a week for them to get up off their lazy cans to even ship it! These people don’t even know the meaning of customer service complete joke. I would suggest go to Deltrex or a company that has a live phone number and people who care about the customer.
