I have had good service from Door2door previously but the last two were bad. I will never use again.
From Clowne I was taken to Chesterfield train station by way of the M1,usual route £24 this was £36.
The next made so many political comments and comment on our gold plated pension and even telephoned others to say who was travelling with gold plated pensions.He also condescendingly commented on my wife looking her age, a sprightly 77.
The driver also offered his personal business card , this is not legal and has no chance of being used.

Shocking company! DO NOT USE !!!! I booked a taxi 12 hours in advance, it never turned up, which caused me to miss my coach. They didn't care, no apology, nothing, utterly appalling

I would never use this taxi company again.

I pre booked and paid upfront for a collection at 2.45pm on a Saturday afternoon from hedge end to Southampton.

Basically, I had to call them 16 times only to be fobbed off, lied to and the rudeness from the operator on the phone was unreal.

The taxi finally arrived at 4.10pm.

I called to make a complaint and request a refund only to be told I needed to email them.

Which I did and am still awaiting a reply. Every time I call they hang up.
