The Doctor there is very competent and professional. The receptionist was kind and welcoming.

Excellent service got a phone consultation lovely doctor rang me back explained my symptoms she also took medical history. Call was not rushed and script was sent to my local pharmacy. Very good price also highly recommend

Such a refreshing experience. (Limerick) The receptionist is soo lovely and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor herself was attentive and checked EVERYTHING just for a cold. Really good place and not crazy priced either, I’m a student and I could afford it.

I went to the clinic with what I assumed was an allergy rash on my hand but wasn't sure. The doctor I went to was very unsure and rambled about all the different things it could be - a simple rash to a rare blood vessel disease. He also poked at my freckles and asked if these 'yellow spots' were new aswell. I understand this can be a hard thing to diagnose I had no other symptoms other than the red raised rash but this consult felt like a total waste of time with a man who had no clue and waffled his way through. He 'settled' on a rash cream and said to come back in a few weeks if the hand gets really swollen and puss filled. From this to a doctor not recognizing freckles, not a very reassuring visit. After paying €50 for this consult, I'm paying another €65 to go to my regular GP for a more reassuring opinion

I had a doctor who was very unsympathetic for my condition was no help whatsoever. I got the vibe shed rather be anywhere else but there she said she couldnt help she recommended I go to a dentist. Ended up going to the dentist ended up paying for money for them to say they can't help me either.

I am very disappointed with this clinic. I was excited to learn that they opened a new walk-in clinic in Kilkenny because I thought the idea was great. However, the whole experience turned out to be dreadful. I was looking for a private, hassle-free, and fast blood test. Instead, I received unprofessional service. I left the clinic with a very sore and bruised arm, and my blood wasn’t taken in sufficient quantities for a full result. They asked me to come back, but I’m too scared after the whole experience. The scariest part was when my blood gushed out of my vein as the nurse removed the needle. I have never experienced anything like that before, and I’m not usually afraid of needles or blood tests. After this experience, I will be.

I was a walk in patient. Receptionist was very friendly. Dr Ali provided a very thorough examination of my issue and sent me a referral letter that day. Was nice to visit a GP and not feel rushed.

Used the walk-in clinic on a Saturday. 1st time user - registered and saw Doctor all within 15 minutes of arriving. Very professional service, prescription sent by email to my chemist. Will definitely use this service again, highly recommended.

Receptionist and doctor were excellent. Doctor Hafiz Ali knew what was wrong straight away and prescribed me the appropriate medications.
It was great to be able to walk in without an appointment and be seen so promptly. I’d recommend them!

I visited the Ennis office to get a prescription. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly.

However, when I got to my pharmacy, I was informed I had been prescribed the wrong medication. I called the clinic and they insisted they had prescribed the correct medication (the two have very similar names). My pharmacist followed up since I was unable to get anywhere with the doctor at the clinic. My pharmacist also had a very difficult time getting the staff to believe there had been a mistake. Finally she was able to get me my correct medication, but they would only give me a month's worth instead of the expected 3 month supply. Not much for a five minute, fify euro visit.

I was off my medication for a week (yes, I should have been more organised - live and learn) and was having bad withdrawal symptoms.

People make mistakes. However, I was put in a very vulnerable position because a doctor refused to admit a mistake had been made. I'm very lucky my pharmacist was able to advocate for me. She is a star.
