SCAM!!! Cannot send clothes back & the quality is not very good! They do not return emails!

I ordered a velvet jacket, the one that arrived was not velvet material at all. I asked to return it and to be given the return address all well within the 30 day money back period. Awful service, refused to give me the return address, made everything difficult and then stopped returning my emails. I don't think anyone should buy from this company as they cannot be trusted. I've lost my money, have reported them to Fair Trading, nothing fair about this order. Be vary wary, better still avoid purchasing completely.

Looks stunning on ad but it’s absolute rubbish. Went through the hoops with them for 5 or more weeks & still no refund of monies even after they came forthwith of return address & me querying with them it’s validity. $28 return post on top of original price of $84 doesn’t sit well.
I did investigate them before I ordered but didn’t read correct reviews. Surely there’s a government body or something that we could go through to make them pay.

I ordered a skirt and was so disappointed, the fabric is cheap and is nothing like the skirt pictured on line....not worth the $75 at all. Do better if you want to keep your customers.

Pity there is not a zero star option for Donnellybowral.
I made the mistake of a quick-click purchase with Donnellybowral without checking any reviews. Whilst purporting to be a smart, country store website in beautiful Bowral, this is a Chinese brand that sells rubbish clothing. The return process is a farce, with multiple requests for photos of the goods and delay tactic emails. I was offered a 25% refund if I wanted to keep the clothing but I stupidly sent the items back (to China, $39.60) and all I have is crickets from the vendor. Topping off the madness, I used a debit card instead of my usual credit card where I would have had a hope of getting my bank's help in getting refunded. So, good people - learn from my multiple mistakes and do NOT buy from Donnellybowral.

The old cliche buyer beware, this is a scam website 100% I believe. Personal opinion that the stock comes from a company beginning with S***N. Go to that website and buy at 90% less than what you will be charged on Donnellybowral. Only got suckered because back in the day we holidayed regularly in the Southern Highlands of NSW and the blurb sounded plausible. Our fault as we did not check reviews etc. as we normally would. DO NOT BUY under any circumstance. No emails are replied to once you want to return items.

The sizing is incorrect. The emails to this scam website are undeliverable.

Returns aren't possible, even though the website says refunds are available.

Don't buy from this website. It isn't an Australian website.

Poor quality. Impossible to return goods.

This is a scam site. They take your money and don’t provide the goods. If you google the address the shop doesn’t exist.

This shonky online store does not even deserve 1 star. Looks great online (no such a physical store at Bowral) but delivers poor quality garments that do not meet standard sizes not are they correctly labelled for country of origin, materials or care details. The contact pages and email are fronts and they do not provide for return or refund. This is definitely a scam.

After initiating a return, and being asked to take the clothes out of the bags and photograph them (again) to return them at my own expense, I emailed them back to say I didn't want to deal with their dodgy drop shipping from China business anymore. The email bounced as others have mentioned! These people (all called Jessica) just want your money, and will provide cheap sub-par goods in return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Don’t do it to yourself!
Misrepresentation after misrepresentation.
Products are of such poor quality- you’d laugh, if you hadn’t forked out good coin.
My lesson cost me return postage to China. Am considering myself lucky as others seem to have been hit much harder.
Do wonder about how well consumer protection laws are working in this space.

Oh, how I wish I had read this website before I ordered.
Boots, $100 - whilst not expecting much for that money, I would have expected them to arrive in a box at the very least. Nope, they came in a plastic bag. Suede. Nope. Was sceptical on that anyway for $100 - but thought, WTF, will order and see what arrives and return if severely unhappy. Well, shyte, that is what arrives. AND - no chance of return. Whilst I have received countless spammy follow up email from Jessica at Donnelly since I ordered this heap of shyt, when you try to respond for a return - the email bounces .. $100 lesson learned.

The clothes were not as shown on site. Very poor quality material and came from china, not Bowral. There is no phone number and when contacted via email, there is no reply. I believe this is a total scam. Avoid at all cost.

The jumper I ordered was very small and poor quality. The product came from China not Bowral, Do not buy from this store pretending to be Australian

I do not believe this is a legitimate company. I have never received my goods or had my money returned. I have contacted them on numerous occasions but just get told that my goods are on their way. Any response I try to make to these emails fails to go through. Do not buy anything from Donnellybowral.

Took 3 weeks to arrive then was the most appalling quality imaginable. Unwearable and not as described. Not only is the money wasted but I have contributed to landfill. Do not use this site.
