The service I received from my doer, Yrene Rulloda, was spectacular. It was the absolute highest value investment. She was hardworking, FAST, organized, creative, self-directed, open to feedback, responsive, all the things you could want in a doer. She was a brilliant video editor, which is what I hired her for. Unfortunately, I finished the project I needed to complete and so I had to end the contract but would be happy to hire her again in the future!

I had 2 interviews. No follow up. No rejection. Nothing!

I took the time to thoroughly research the company and learn the sales script. I went through the first and second interviews with genuine interest, energy, and professionalism only to be completely ghosted afterward! Silence after investing so much time and effort is incredibly disheartening. Respectful communication should be the bare minimum, especially after multiple interviews. Please do better!

Things are moving along very well. My Doer is very accountable and efficient. She has helped me develop my new website, and with social media, among many other tasks that I know I couldn't handle, let alone even have the knowledge to handle! We are on the cusp of moving in a direction that should help promote my business to many, resulting in obtaining more clients.

It helped that I already had some strategic decisions made because it helped to shorten the time to impact that my Doer made in my business. I didn't anticipate how much support my Doer receives behind the scenes, either. This has been really helpful as a solopreneur. In addition, there is group coaching support (I wish it didn't have to live in Facebook) for the Founders, as well. And an entire library of resources available to make things so much easier, especially if you're starting from scratch (I wasn't, and still the templates and quick primers on the tools have been helpful). In short, I feel like I have a whole team supporting me and my Doer from backstage. My business marketing has moved at lightning speed and the added revenue streams are just around the corner. Outsource Doers is amazing!! I'm an Organizational Consultant and I have high expectations for a company's service -- and OD not only meets my expectations, they constantly exceed them. I have my own business and there are so many things I need support with to be successful. OD did a phenomenal job of matching me with a tremendous professional, Mikah, and equally important, providing her with stellar training so she could help me take my business to the next level.

My Doer is multi-talented and jumps into projects with ease, quickly picking up new responsibilities without the need of a lot of hand holding. Mikah grasps a project quickly, works productively and efficiently, and communicates very well to provide me with frequent updates. If she runs into obstacles, she is creative and resourceful to come up with solutions rather than waiting for me to solve it or being deterred.

Mikah is far more than a typical Virtual Assistant. I need help to drive my Marketing efforts, not just Administrative help. She generates leads for me from LinkedIn, develops Social Media posts on Canva, makes regular updates to my website, edits video, etc. In her 1st 2 weeks, she jumped right in and was an incredible support in helping me produce a newly branded Conference event. She expertly created Social Media posts on Canva, took the lead on various graphics needed, created new pages on my website, and enabled me to feature new Sponsors in a rapid turnaround  Mikah has also helped me make terrific strides in setting-up structures for my business, helping me transfer to a new CRM to manage leads and clients, and more.

And on top of my Doer's productivity, efficiency and quality, Mikah is an absolute DELIGHT. She is responsive and supportive, and takes great initiative. It's a true partnership. I feel like I can trust her with ANYTHING. 
I'm not only pleased with my Doer, I am equally pleased with the impressive culture of Outsource Doers!
