Nice silverware but missing a set

I had ordered two sets of silverware, but only one arrived. It’s very beautiful silverware and I like it a lot, but I had to contact customer service because I was missing the second set. They responded within hours and once someone emailed me back the responses were immediate. They solved my issue by sending my missing set right away as well as a free gift. Highly recommend the company.

Never dispatched

Ordered an instock item on 8th Feb and still not dispatched. Just received an email saying they were struggling to fulfill orders and will pause operations until 24th Feb. Sounds like a company going out of business. Avoid.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

I ordered the Rabbit Fur blanket and it is NOTHING like the pictures. This is the second item this month that I have been caught out by these companies that say they are uk based but the stock is coming directly from China! If you want to return anything it costs you more money! I paid £75 for a blanket that is going straight in the bin! Lesson learnt!!

However, when I reached out to the team regarding my package, they responded right away and were very helpful with locating the package. HORRIBLE

i ordered the deer print blanket and it’s horrible quality and they aren’t selling what is being pictured, they stole the photos off amazon and i received a poorly printed and extremely thin blanket i will definitely be disputing this pos. watch out for this SCAM !
4 days later and they still haven’t reached out to me, i kindly asked for my refund they promised and no answer what a waste i’ll simply go through with the dispute.

Dean from Customer Service, someone who really cares.

Dean from Customer Service, went above and beyond any Customer Service representative i have ever worked with. My package was delivered and then stolen from my front door. We have cameras so we know when it happened. I have never had this happen before. this package was a gift for my daughter, so I really wanted to get it. Dean and his team got in touch with me, we were able to get another package delivered , he kept in touch with me to let me know it was on its way and when to expect delivery. I could not asked for a more competent person, a person who really cares about the customer, and made me feel as though I was the only person he had to deal with. I can't give a high enough rating for what he did for me, and if it was up to me, he would get 5000 stars. Thank you Dean for putting faith back into this world for me. You are awesome.

It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and still nothing has arrived.
I contacted the company and was given a whole load of excuses hidden behind legalese claims.
IN SHORT, THIS IS JUST ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE COMPANIES SHIPPING FROM CHINA WHERE YOU'LL BE LUCKY IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES, IT'LL PROBABLY BE RUBBISH QUALITY IF IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES AND IT'LL COST YOU A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT TO RETURN IT TO CHINA!!

Product finally arrived, almost a month later, too late for person I was giving it to.
Cheap, inferior quality anyway and as they said I had to use a SPECIFIC courier to return the item, the cheapest estimate I could get free them was way over the value anyway!
Clever little process they use to keep your money. DONT GET STUNG LIKE I WAS!

Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify the full timeline clearly and transparently for anyone reading.

• Order placed: 21 November
• Dispatched from our warehouse: 30 November
Due to the exceptionally high order volume during the Black Friday period, dispatch took place once the item was fully prepared and cleared for shipment. This is outlined in our shipping policy, where delivery times may vary during peak seasonal periods.

Once dispatched, the parcel was fully handed over to Yodel, at which point all movement, scans, and delivery updates are entirely controlled by the carrier and outside of our influence.

According to Yodel’s official tracking history:
• 01–12 Dec: Parcel received and processed through Yodel’s network
• 12 Dec: Arrived at national hub
• 13 Dec (today): Successfully delivered to a safe place (AT DOOR) at 12:45

It’s also important to note that this review was submitted before the carrier completed delivery, while the parcel was still actively moving through Yodel’s system.

Regarding quality concerns: if the item is received and does not meet expectations, we do accept returns in accordance with our returns policy. Returns for this product are handled through our EU return facility in the Netherlands, and once the item is received back unused and in original condition, the product cost is refunded.

We always provide verified tracking, remain available throughout transit, and assist customers before and after delivery. Carrier delays during peak holiday periods are unfortunately common, but they do not indicate improper handling or misconduct.

Regarding the return claim:

Returns are accepted via DHL or PostNL to our EU return facility, as clearly communicated to the customer. This is a standard requirement to ensure traceable, secure returns and is not used to prevent refunds.

The item was successfully delivered according to the carrier’s official tracking. The customer chose not to proceed with a return under these conditions.

We stand by the verified delivery record and our handling of this order.
