I purchased the DGLimited Portofino sneakers in March. The sneakers are beautiful with painted flowers on the side. After wearing them twice, the pattern started wearing off. When i contacted the customer care, they answered that there is no defect and that i must applied chemicals or exposed them to water.
Don't waste 795 euros on these bad quality sneakers, you will be disappointed and they're not worth it
The worst retail experience I have ever experienced and for a luxury brand, I am highly disappointed. I returned my order because the item was too big. The return was accepted on 13 August 25. It is now 26 September 25 and I have still NOT received my refund.
The customer service team is extremely unhelpful and I continue to receive a "we've received your return order and a refund will be made soon". When I ask for a refund date, I receive the same email!
I also issued a complaint 9 days ago, and to no surprise, I've received no response from Dolce & Gabbana.
My bank has now intervened to fight for my return.
What a disappointing experience as I love the Dolce & Gabbana brand but I will no longer shop at: dolcegabbana.com
It was fake perfume just a water in there
After ordering expensive items from D&G the parcel eventually arrived in a damaged state, which was partly due to FedEx but also due to the poor packaging used.
After trying the items I decided to return them and after over 2 weeks the parcel is still with FedEx and I’m still awaiting a refund!
I have contacted D&G on numerous occasions but they appear helpless. As the postage was free they are responsible for the item.
So be very careful when buying direct from D&G, there customer service is very poor, not what you would expect from an high end product provider. If you need your funds returned in a timely fashion I would shop elsewhere!!
