Same to others. I ordered items but later told me it was out of stock. After following up for months and ended up canceling my order. They refunded based on JPY price (not based on what I paid in pounds), and I am the one to bear the exchange rate. Now the worst is reordered, the items not even arrived after waiting for around 2 months. Trying to use their app to contact, no one reply. A really bad one !!!

(Docodemo accept Debit/Credit cards too).

The Made In Japan Products are SUPERB QUALITY.

(I have bought 6 of these on Ebay AND Amazon,
BOTH costing MORE and received only Medium quality.

Postage by JAPAN POST was FAST, CHEAP and GREAT!

This company is fraud. They make people invest their money and then if we request for withdrawal they don’t send our money to us.
This is big scam and no one should get into it.
Please no one fall for this trap.
They are just making everyone fool.

Docodemo App is scam...I have applied for 2 withdrawal but they aren't paying...They have cheated by taking away of hard earned money of members...There is no customer care number...

DOKODEMO is a scam. I opened an account there and did the assignments. When I earned 100 dollars I made a withdrawal request and I never received it. Then they canceled my account without any explanation after having promised that I would receive my withdrawal.

Please be careful with this company. They charged me for the products I ordered but later told me one of the items was out of stock. After following up with them so many times & waiting over 1.5 months, I ended up canceling my order. The worst part is that they refunded me based on JPY price (not based on what I paid in USD), I lost approx. $11 due to the change in exchange rate. Why would they even list the items they don’t have in stock for sale and take my money? I will never use this company again.

This company is a scam, please do not buy from them. I purchased the goods and they never arrived. I contacted the customer service and they said they will sort it out but they didn’t. I contacted them again and they have stopped reply. Please don’t fall to their trap like me.

It’s also very inconvenient because they charge you extra fees if your items don’t come from same shop.

The customer service doesn't reply. One of my parcel was returned to the sender due to failed delivery. They took 1 month to refund only the products and kept the shipping fee. disgusting

To unsubscribe- I was annoyed by so many emails as well. It is pretty common for Japanese websites that we have to log in an account to unsubscribe. Yes, I agree. Very annoying. I hope they will change and make the option easier without login like most websites, because especially they have global customers.

Anyway, log in and go to setting. You will see option “Newsletter: Unsubscribed” on the bottom. I hope this helps.

I didn’t experience any problems mentioned in the other reviews. So far so good ! No extra customs charge and the price is lower than other similar platforms. All the products that I received were well packaged. I waited for around a month for the delivery.
I live in a new apartment and the postcode is just updated in google recently. The packages deliver from DOKODEMO is correct. Unlike the other platform YxxSxxxx which is not able to match the postcode to the correct address in their Apps. I used DOKODEMO now as I am exhausted to keep emailing to YxxSxxxx customer service for correcting the address for each purchase and I am tired of paying extra money for resending the products.
I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the App is not very user friendly and the descriptions of the products are lack of details.
I am a new customer who haven’t experienced any problems yet. It is not fair for me to comment on their customer service. I will update my review if I experience any problems in the future.

Je me suis laissée tenter par ces produits pas chers à l unité, même quand on ajoute les frais de port (très chers) ça restait resonnable au total, mais je n étais pas préparé aux frais de douanes + frais du transporteur (env 21€ de frais de traitement +17€ de taxe à payer directement au livreur)
Le colis /produits nickels, bien protégés.

I'm hesitant between 3 and 4 stars. But I believe that e-commerce should try and do better in this post-covid era, so I decided to be a little less lenient.

Recently I have placed my first order, for me, everything went smoothly. My package arrived in France in roughly 18 days, safe and sound. And I'll break down the experience in positive points and negative ones.

Positive
1. Fast shipping. International shipping from Japan to France during Black Friday season, 18 days is alright. Tracking is available on desktop
2. Well packaged goods. The store definitely took care in this regard.
3. Automatic refund process. When I was placing the order, because of some currency exchange issue, I had to cancel twice. I got refunded automatically and smoothly.
4. Extremely low price.
5. Shipping costs are counted separately for each item, which makes it easier if you are trying to avoid custom fees by controlling the value of your order under a certain threshold defined by your country.

Negative
1. Not mobile friendly. Mobile app and webpage buggy all the time. Tracking not available on mobile (also possibly due to technical issue)
2. No live chat support
3. The website does not cover custom fees, and there's hardly any warning for the potential risk.
4. Payment solution not well implemented. I tried several times and couldn't pay with my credit card. In the end, I paid with PayPal.

All in all, I might order again given the prices are low. But is it a reliable site where I feel confident to shop whenever I want? I doubt if anything goes wrong with a order, I'll have any good support. It feels like a site that's a decade or so late in the ecommerce game, a lot of catching up to do. Voilà.

Be very careful if you're buying quite a few products, the custom charges you have to pay are ridiculous. Not to mention they are dispatched from different vendors so you may have to pay more than once (twice for me)!

If you want Asian Beauty products use Yes Style insead. You may think you're saving money as dokodemo prices are listed as cheaper but with YS the checkout price is final and they have a policy to refund you any custom charge. If you can only get the products you want from Dokodemo then the only positive is that the products are legit.

Paying £26 in shipping AND £40 in customs for a few creams and sunscreens was NOT worth it. Their emails are extremely annoying also.

Easy to navigate site, very promt delivery (to Germany), good support.
I really have nothing to complain about and can only recommend
