No aconsejo en absoluto esta empresa, el comercial solo me explicó una parte de las tarifas, y al final lo que te cobran de repente es el doble de lo que pensabas pagar.
Y para la baja también te cobran una penalización.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Pushy and Unprofessional Sales Tactics
We were contacted multiple times by Dojo regarding card terminals. During the first call, they asked who we currently use and what rates we pay. We clearly told them that if we were interested, we would contact them, and asked them to send an email instead.
Despite this, they called again the very next day saying we hadn’t replied to their email. I reminded them that I had already explained we would only get in touch if interested. After reviewing their email, I could see their rate was 0.60% with next-day payouts – which is exactly what we already have, except we also receive instant payouts with our current provider and have no complaints.
I explained this clearly and said I would discuss it with my wife and, again, if we were interested, we would contact them.
Later that same evening (around 6:30pm), the same salesperson called again asking if we had “thought it over”. The following day, we received yet another call from the same person. When I explained I was extremely busy with customers and didn’t have time to talk, the caller became abrupt and said he had “spent a lot of time trying to convince us” and that the least we could do was agree to a 30-day trial.
At this point, the calls felt excessive, pressurising, and unprofessional. We had already said multiple times that we were happy with our current provider and were not interested. I eventually had to end the call.
Based on this experience, the sales approach is far too aggressive and does not respect a clear “no”. This alone puts us off ever doing business with them.

Overbilling on contactless is that fraud NOT declined sales??
Prices go up after 3 months and again just before christmas

Pushy arrogant & rude
One the most pushy, arrogant and rude sales people I have ever come across. Without knowing anything about my business, he proceeded to make assumptions about my business, then refused to accept the figures I was trying to tell them. They kept telling me I was wrong and don't know my own business. I have the call recorded.

It's becoming harassment
We've just had our 10 call this week from sales people from DOJO. It's becoming harassment as every time we get a call, we ask not to be contacted again.
Even if they can't get a better rate than you have, they want you to sign in. A waste of time and energy.
We will never use this unprofessional company.

WILL NEVER USE THEM!

It's incredibly frustrating and time wasting for a small business.
Not sure how to stop them constantly calling?!

Dojo is fantastic!
Martin Cook got us set up with the Dojo and it has been fantastic. It's extremely quick on transactions and very simple to use. We love the fact you can email the receipt direct to the customer too. Martin has provided us with a great service and is always at the end of the phone should we have any questions etc. Will definitely be recommending Martin and the Dojo at every opportunity.

I had been looking around at point of sale terminals and when Dojos Phillip Baker showed me how easy the SIM card loaded machine worked, how quickly I receive my money in my account and also explained the competitive rates on offer.. I was absolutely delighted. “Above and beyond” service from all at Dojo. Thankyou for making my business life easier and for taking the time to sort me out.

Hi guys. Just want to say that I have signed with Dojo and I could never be happier! Chelsea Barlow was absolutely amazing through the whole process! She helped me out with the new installation of the new terminal and she also helped me out getting rid of my old machine which I absolutely hated with passion!!! Signing with DoJo is the best Because of the 30 day rolling contract and they are cheaper than anyone else on the market and also their terminals they have a brilliant technology!!! Highly recommended!! Thank you Chelsea!!
