We've been a Dog Watch customer for nearly 4 years. Hoyt is our primary contact. He did an outstanding job installing the invisible fence, training our dog to stay within the fence boundaries.
Hoyt also handled a few follow-up issues including when the underground fence wire was accidently cut by a landscaping contractor. Also, recently we had an issue with the Dog Watch collar. Hoyt responded promptly and corrected both issues.
We highly recommend Dog Watch for outstanding product, service, and support.

I had a broken fence wire from next door construction. Hoyt from Dogwatch Savannah and Hilton Head replied within the day and had everything repaired within 30 mins. I couldn't have asked for a better response and service to fix the problem.

Hoyt is great! He does not set it up and leave. He came back several times and walked my dog through the process. He always answered my calls and texts help our family and our dog adjust to the new fence.

Dogwatch was amazing. Hoyt, our area salesman and installer was very knowledgeable and even was able to give us our whole entire front and backyard for the dogs to roam for a price even lower than invisible fence that was half the roaming space. So glad we went with them and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!!!

We have not been able to really use the system yet due to unexpected travel. However Hoyt has been great and we will be asking him for help when we get about 3 more weeks into the training.

I was a real skeptic about Invisble fencing. I can honestly say that I have been pleased with the outcome. I have two dogs that have made a true believer out of me. Bailey and Poppy know their boundaries for sure.

We have been very happy with the entire process and results. This is the first “fence” our dogs have had. The DogWatch training was excellent and the dogs love being able to play without being on leash. I would recommend these folks to everyone!

Great service. Prompt and very helpful with installation and training. Would highly recommend. The smart fence is a great option that allows you to monitor activity of your pet , monitors collar battery, as well as ensuring the fence is functioning properly all from your phone. It is so nice to be able to let our two dogs out and feel confident they are safe and secure.
