Dogwatch company is professional, reliable and extremely good at working with our dogs. In 2022 we had two very large invisible fences placed. Our dog had several behavioral issues and the owner literally came over to our house 3 times in 24 hours until our dog finally understood the fence. He was so patient with me and our dog, very kind and thorough. Several months later we had a break in our fence and they came out right away to fix it.
In 2011 Dogwatch placed an invisible fence and trained all three of our dogs very successfully.
I give Dogwatch my highest recommendation.

Great customer service and so far do good. My puppy picked right up on the training. She’s doing great and we live the freedom our new invisible fence gives her! I love the battery reminder email that we’ll get and that the battery is reasonably priced!

I would recommend Dogwatch, especially Eddie, the site installer and trainer. I was extremely nervous about using an electronic fence but Eddie was fabulous. I really didn't think it would contain my new rescue, who turned out to be a 'bolter', with zero street smarts. He either scaled our 6' fence or dug under it. Eddie told me he would have him trained in 2 visits. I had my doubts. Well, 2 visits later, he was completely trained. And my dog absolutely loves him! Thank you, Eddie and Dogwatch, for keeping our dog safe.

Doesn’t protect your dog from a coyote or fisher cat

My dog was killed because we had a false sense of security with the invisible fence. Would not recommend to anyone who abuts woods

DogWatch of the Northshore is really great service for us. We bought our dog's electric fence 18 years ago and after about 10 years, we did have a wire cut when a workmen was digging in our yard for a different reason. Dogwatch came and fixed our perimeter wire and got us working again in a short time. We needed new battery for the collar a only 2-3 times in the 16 years of our first dog's life. Now we have a new dog, and the original collar did need replacing finally. We only had to pay small amount since the transmitting unit has lifetime guarantee. The perimeter wire needed one repair (due to external reason) in 18 years. We are very happy with their service and the DogWatch perimeter fence.

Dog Watch North Shore is great - they're responsive, know what they are doing and have been servicing my system for years. Nice people, too!

They do a great job allowing us to be confident that our dogs are safe. We live on a main road where many neighbors talk about the dangers. We have had them return multiple times to enlarge our system. This was because of our lack of recognizing what we ultimately wanted/needed. Dale is incredibly responsive to all inquiries. Eddie is terrific in finding the best course of as action. Dogs have freedom and we still have our landscaping...life is good.

The team at Dog Watch were excellent, professional and very responsive. We had two dogs with very different personalities/temperaments that we were trying to train at the same time. One dog only required the base collar set on the highest setting but the other required a change of longer and thicker prongs twice (she has very thick fur, a strong personality and a love to chase anything that moves). A simple phone call to let them know that we needed to try something more and the prongs were exchanged out. This fence and company have been awesome!!
