I have a basenji and a Shiba Inu that like to be outside but I didn't want to shorten the yard with a fence because my two kids like playing outside too. James did a clean install on the power box. He made sure to take enough time to answer my questions and show me exactly how to train my dogs.

James is fantastic! Knowledgeable and very accommodating. Helped us through the entire process.

It has been great! Mixer was trained in two days! James was awesome with training our devil dog!! Could not be happier. Sorry I have not commented. School is time drawing days!

They were on time, put fence in without any problem and then helped train both dog and me. Gave us a three week plan and most importantly James said to call or text if I had questions. When I did text he answered quickly, even tho it was the weekend, gave encouragements and tips. After less than 4 weeks Polly is doing well and doesn’t leave the yard.

2 weeks of training and and both of my boys were good. And it was very easy training. They are 4 year old Wiemaraners that were in a regular fenced in yard. This fence is a fraction of the cost and you dont have to mow and trim around it, that alone makes it worth it!!!!!!!

James did a great job training our dog AND us! We had our doubts but at the end of the first week our dog has figured it out and I’m able to throw him the ball in the backyard without worry.

Great product and installation service!! I researched a commercial grade system for a while and found many reviews that gave the Dog Watch system better reviews and results in comparison to the closest competitor.
James came and installed the system and explained very well how the system works and how to train the pups!! I would highly recommend this system!

A+ Did a great job

I have had the best experience with this company. The fence was installed quickly and the installer took the time afterwards to walk me through how everything worked and to start the initial training with our German Shepherd/Lab mix. There was an issue that came up about 2 weeks later; I called them to ask about it and they came out right away to check that everything was working correctly and to adjust the settings and, no more issue! Then they came out AGAIN, with no complaints, when a company doing yard work for us cut through the line, and reconnected the wire. And came out AGAIN when I lost the collar! James came out with a device they have to keep pets off of furniture and for half an hour walked my entire house and yard until he found it, buried under leaves. I had put the collar on her when I was half asleep and, of course, didn't put it on all the way so it fell off! I can't remember working with a company who cares as much about their customers as DogWatch does. It feels like once they've installed the fence you turn into family. If you are looking to have an underground fence installed you can't go wrong with these guys!

We love our new Dogwatch fence. Our contact person and installer, James, did an excellent job putting the fence in, training us, and following up when we had questions. I have confidence that our Golden Retriever will be safe and contained in our big yard now. It solved lots of problems for us.
