great product, shipping pretty quick and communication was great. This is the best dog harness ever too. so easy to put on and with the front loop pulling has decreased

I would not adsvise to buy from this company. I ordered from them on sept.9 and received my order on sept. 15. When I placed the order I never knew that this company was overseas, probably in Germany. I ordered XS and found this to be too small. I immediately contacted the company via email as they have NO customer service phone number. Well, then the run around started. Firstly, although I had given them the order number, and even the tracking number I was told that they could not find my order and others have mentioned, I was also told that I would be contacted by a specialist. Well, I am still waiting and have sent multiple emails. The messages I receive are always answered within seconds and somebody has mentioned it is probably AI. I agree with that because no matter what time I send a message it is always replied immediately from Olivia. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEIR CUST. SERVICE SUCKS

My dog was like a different dog once I put on your harness. She doesn't seem to feel the need to chase squirrels or rabbits and though she notices them she doesn't automatically pull like crazy to go after them. It's incredible the change.

Jethro, an 85#, 4 yr old, GSD, believed his job on walks was to pull us around the three mile circuit. Nothing we tried stopped this behavior. Even though I had no faith that a it would work I bought a Dogshood No Pull Harness for him. Put it on and he took to it like he'd been wearing it his entire life. Miracles apparently do happen because his pulling immediately stopped. If he doesn't wear it the pulling restarts. With it, no pulling of any kind. I'm not exactly sure why this works but I am thrilled that it does! If you have a "puller" you need one of these harnesses

Daisy likes it and responds when we clip leash in the front. My only complaint was the cut in handle that would pick her up. Without a sewing machine, we were able to melt it solid again.

I bought this Australian Harness based on the advertisement that was exactly what I was dealing with. This is my first time owning a very large dog, a long haired German Shepherd. I have always owned small dogs, which have different obstacles to overcome as well, just at a less muscular level.

My shepherd has been in puppy school since 12 weeks and I took her on her first walk at a park with her new harness and at first she did great. However, I could see her anxiety building, especially with meeting an older shepherd and then the pulling. I diverted and went to the bicycle obstacle course and she was fine. Just an introduction, but so much better, as I am only 110 lbs! She is 50 and huge at 6 months!
We are completely isolated and have 168 acres to run on a farm, she does great off leash, but walking on, we are working on it.

The positive change in our walks is remarkable! No pulling and she walks right beside me. Prior to wearing the Dogs hood harness she would pull and try to dart at anyone walking by.
Walks are very calm now.

First, they do not have a customer service phone number. I ordered an XS then the nex day I decided to size up to a small. My order did not ship yet, but I was told it was too late to change it. I did not personalize the harness. I did receive the harness and it seemed to be a good quality. I also ordered the leash. The harness did not fit right. When I used the D ring on the front it made the vest move crooked. The leash was of a good quality, but short and it has a weird clasp that was hard to use. I decided to return them. However, that's when I received the run around. I asked if they could please provide me with instructions for the return ( like an address to send it back to.) I wrote about 7-8 emails asking for the address. First they offered me 50 percent refund to avoid a return and for me to save money on postage. I declined. In two days they never responded giving me a place where it can be returned. I received lots of messages saying they are sorry it did not live up to my expectations and to tell them what I didn't like about it. They always skirted around the question of what was their US address. I do not recommend buying from them! As in my case you run into the risk of dealing with this issue. I ended up contacting my credit card company asking them to file a dispute.

As multiple people have commented, the customer service is definitely in the running for the worst I've ever encountered. Such a shame when the product itself is very nice! But dealing with them about any question/issue is essentially impossible: I assume it's an AI response that you get... SOUNDS good, but clearly not heartfelt as none of what's said actually ever happens. EVER.

Both hoops are great to use on the harness, I alternate them. Dog has stopped pulling. I feel really good he is not being choked out. Measured my dog for size and it fits well. He can't pull harness off. I would for sure order again. Delivery takes a little longer then I expected, out side of that I would give it a 10 rating.

Cheap material, does not fit well and does not keep my dog from pulling. Very disappointed

Ellie loves her new harness. Much easier to put on her and she acts more comfortable in it. The only issue I have is that with an XL harness, the name/phone number strips are too big and tend to poke her.

I walked my dog confidently in our neighborhood, knowing she was not going to knock me off my feet. She went right past the house of her nemesis,Big Lilly, and didn't react.Sep

The harness would not work for my dogs. The Velcro front attachment will catch long-haired dogs. Additionally, the strap edges are very sharp. I tried to return it, but they will not give me the information to do so, despite 6 emails. They do not stand by their product as advertised. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company

I wasn’t walking our 1 1/2 year old lab. He would pull too much. So I started on a short walk with him to test the Dogshood, and it went great. Easy walking, like a pro! He’s just a puppy, really. So at times there’s things he’d like to get at. But now he doesn’t really pull. He just stops and looks in the direction he wants to go. I haven’t tried approaching these people or other dogs. I assume he might pull then. But if I keep walking, he keeps walking and that works! Thanks for a great product!

Very easy to order what you need. Quality products at a fair price

It took her a couple of walks before she willingly let us put on the harness and felt comfortable in it. I think a bit of dog ego thing with her. It is great to walk with. We bought it because she literally pulled me off my feet and the last time, I thought I’d cracked a rib. So far, so good.
