Great service, very fast

First time user. Site easy to use but does all necessary checks. Customer service is fast and responsive. Highly recommended.

All good except a bit expensive. I feel there should be 1 revamp add for free.

the site admin are responsive and good communicators. the duration of the advert is a little short particularly breeds which have a smaller following.
the people selling dogs are vetted to a point in that their identify is known to the admin and they have to meet a certain criteria/conditions.

However there needs to be a way to vet the "buyers" ,those contacting the sellers, as the number of time wasters is large.

no one minds a person calling out seeing the dog/pup and deciding not to proceed.

but those who make arrangements and don't show
or those who make an arrangement while gushing over the pictures of dog/pup only to send a cold message 20 mins later is frustrating.
why send 5/10 messages and then stop....online dating could be the only worse experience...

Very helpful customer service , always here to help us, we didn’t sell puppy for a long time and they did put up add again free of charge, we never had to wait long for their respond , and always had our problem or questions answered and sorted out for us. They are really the best.Best regards Gunther

Received a combination of messages, texts and phone calls, only 1message I’d consider a hoax which was sent at 01.30am, even though I replied there was no follow up

Customer care is excellent. A safe place to purchase or sell a pup. They are very diligent with microchip numbers etc.

Buying or selling from free ads is risky. Dogs.ie take a fee and this enables them to run an excellent website with safety guidelines and they have a huge audience.

I'm not a seller of dogs but I'm always on the look out for another Irish Wolfhound so spend many happy hours on this site.
It's really good, you can set up alerts and when they are about to expire, website will email you and you can reset.

Ad expired and the only option is to put up a whole new ad which involves having to go through the entire rigmorole again…there should be a simple way to renew an ad if it’s expired…

Unfortunately this site will take your money and not issue your advertisement or refund unless you are in strict guidelines with the Irish law. This is a good thing however 90% of people using this site are novices to having puppies and are unaware of the breeding laws and restrictions. Be sure to read ALL terms and conditions especially term 6 on this site before parting with your hard earned money or you could be paying a lot more!!

Makes it impossible to advertise pound dogs as owner claims you need a fido cert. But great to see well known puppy mills are churning out more pups and this page is enabling them.
If a stray dog is picked up by the local dog warden and brought to a county pound, the dog gets microchipped and the chip is transferred to whoever rescue or permanent owner saves this dog's life. The owner of this page now accused me of "selling" dog's I don't own. What an utter lie.
If you are a reckless puppy mill, this is your platform, if you are actually trying to rescue dogs, Paul, the chairman, will make sure to lecture and bar you.
