Have found dogs.ie to be nothing but efficient and well run. I have only placed one ad but made a few errors when entering ad and have had to email a few times and each and every time they have been responded to within minutes. I could not recommend enough for not only being able to find new homes for our puppies but their efficiency and quality.

Very good service, prompt replies would have to give it a 5 star well deserved.

A good website for my dog's needs. They got all I needed and website is straightforward.

Great site locks you out of editing your dogs description after paying €50 for the 30 day ad

Really easy to use website and great communication on support with any issues encountered.

If I could give Dogs.ie more than 5 stars I would. Such a professional site with the most helpful staff, namely Sharon and Paul who are always there to help with any issue you may have. Thoroughly recommend this site to anyone.

Dogs.ie is a well ran and safe site for both buyers and sellers.
They have advice for buyers that is clear and easy to follow.
I would like if they added a "view counter" so a seller can see how many times their advert has been viewed. Also the description box should be left open if a seller wants to change the wording on their advert without having to email for permission.
Overall I do think the dogs.ie site is well ran and well policed by Paul and his very helpful staff.
The response from staff and Paul is fast and efficient.
I do think the cost of placing an advert is very expensive, so if the cost could be brought down or if more time was added to the advert I would be very happy.

5 star customer service. The site itself was great. When I encountered an issue (my fault) they noticed and offered a solution immediately. I can’t thank Paul enough for his quick response, sensible and no fuss approach. Best customer service I’ve had in a while!

I found this site a bit more difficult than others . Having said that it's welfare for pets is excellent. Once puppies are microchipped I would advise to wait until chip numbers are on database as ur add will be rejected . I would highly recommend it for the serious buyer / seller. Dan
