I ordered 2 dog crates by mistake i…

I ordered 2 dog crates by mistake i told the firm and they said if 2 crates arrive tell the driver to take one back to the company.I spoke to the driver of the van and he refused to tske it back.He told me to contact the company and he said they will send another van out to collect the 2nd dog crate.Iv trying phoning the company but they dont answer the phone.So im here stuck with a second dog crate that i dont need and iv paid twice for it.Cant get any help from the firm

We primarily provide customer service via email rather than phone calls. Yesterday, we were in touch and we helped you with tracking information and other questions that you had, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response from you today, and we noticed that you've left negative feedback. We're eager to assist you, so when you have a moment, please do check your emails.

Regarding the situation with DHL, we've been informed that the parcel has been lost in transit and won't be delivered to you. Accordingly, we issued a full refund yesterday, which you should have received by now.

We share your disappointment with DHL's failure to adhere to standard procedures and their delivery of the parcel despite your request to refuse it. As a customer, you have every right to refuse an item and they must send it back to us. We'll be reporting this to DHL for further investigation.

We understand your frustration, we're committed to helping you. We'll gladly arrange a collection of the parcel from your home at your convenience. Simply let us know which days work best for you via email.

DHL facilitates home collections Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 8 PM. Please note that while we can't specify an exact delivery time, the DHL driver will promptly notify you on the collection day with an estimated arrival time.

Furthermore, please keep in mind that we require at least 24 hours' notice before scheduling a collection. For example, if you'd like to arrange a collection for Thursday, please inform us no later than Wednesday morning to ensure a next-day collection.

We're here to assist you every step of the way, when you’ll have a moment check your emails and come back to us.

The dog crate is great x my little dog…

The dog crate is great x my little dog can come woth me in the front garden when I work in it. The crate was very easy to put it up . Is nice and big for my little one and he is happy in there 😀

Dog crates + poop bags.
The sticker that holds the roll together is ridiculously tough to remove often resulting in ruining the first, and sometimes second, bag.
The bags themselves are fine. If you are out with your dog and need to start a new roll you have no chance!
Such a shame as otherwise a good product. Edit.
Now found another make, which is almost as good, and the little sticker is easy to remove. 😊

BEWARE OF RESTOCKING FEE

I purchased a crate that was incorrectly labelled as 105cm wide on the website. In fact it was labelled as 106cm on the box and measured as 107cm when erected. This meant it was too big for the space I needed to fit the crate in. I also purchased a bed for the crate, which was also returned given that I had no use for that size bed without a crate to put it in. I was then charged a "restocking fee" of £5.99 for the return of the bed.

Be aware, you'll be charged a postage fee AND a restocking fee if you decide to return an item. It appears as though the restocking fee is also per item.

Upon investigation, it appears that a 1cm discrepancy occurred during the manufacturing process at the factory. While this oversight did not affect the overall quality of the dog crate, we understand the frustration it have caused in your specific situation.

Regarding the return of the bed, we want to clarify that you were not charged for the collection service. We arranged for the pickup of the item free of charge. The restocking fee of £5.99 applied to cover the costs associated with processing the return, including the necessary materials for repackaging and refurbishing the item - new box, leaflet, parts replacement as the item was not in a resealable brand new condition once returned.

We want to assure you that restocking fees are typically applied for change of mind returns, as outlined in our terms and conditions. However, we appreciate your feedback and will review our policies to ensure clarity for our customers in the future.
