I’m sure they’re great for some but I wish I’d listened to the reviews online before buying.
We had only 1 trainer in our area who was not to our liking. They refused to refund us and said we should just do virtual training with them instead. I was trying for over a month to get a refund and they kept saying it was impossible. I finally made a complaint on BBB and my refund was resolved within 12hrs. They’re not a trustworthy company.

We filled out an online form for this company and called and when we found out the cost, we asked for to receive a formal brochure, but Lauren said their was nothing that could be provided. When spending thousands of dollars, one would think this is available. We decided not to move forward based on this. We asked to be placed on do not call list, but still getting texts and calls.

So far so good. I was a bit sceptic with this company for a few months, because of the random numbers calling me & for other reasons. I just completed the written test. Thank goodness I have been training my dog on most of these things for over a year 1/2. This program is great even if you don’t want to have a service dog! It explains how to train & how a well behaved dog should act! Plus you have help if needed. I highly recommend this program for anyone getting a new puppy. Get them started off with good manners from the beginning.

100x people to help online but jo good reliable trainers. Especially Anthony full of excuses apparently only works at his convenience not his schedule. I will be seeking full refund

Lauren explained the entire process of training for my dogs: helped to identify which program would work best for my 5 year old and my 5 month old. Clear, concise, & professional phone conversationalist. Best of all she was fun to work with-a sort of person I would like to meet!

This is the real deal
This is the real deal. I had to repeat video submission due to my dog sniffing in store. This is challenging due to my shorty jack russell’s nose is 2” from the floor. We trained more and passed. We are certified to fly with American who accepted without issue. ‼️🙏🐶
