Placed order through reseller had nothing but grief dredfull service promises 3 / 4 week turnaround been now over 6 weeks tracking non existent stuck same place 7 days not moved .be warned .beginning to wonder if its a scam

Persistent reliability and connectivity issues, DOF Reality are arrogant, dismissive and totally at odds with their marketing blurb about aftersales care. My H3 product is not fit for purpose - I wasn't told that I'd need to be a software engineer and mess about with Arduino boards when I purchased the product. Give this dreadful company a wide berth....

I received my new H3 less than a month after placing the order, and the whole experience has been excellent.

I’ve now been using it for a full month, and I can say I’m just as happy with it as I was on day one.

Before buying, I watched many reviews and was prepared for possible issues or having to make adjustments. In the end, none of that was necessary. The assembly was precise and everything fit perfectly. The only small modification I had to make was drilling two new holes for my own seat, but that was due to the specific model I use — not the platform itself.

It’s also clear that this version is significantly improved compared to the early models shown in older reviews. The refinements really show.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. It exceeded my expectations.

I bought an H2 from these guys. Stop working the first day. I called and submitted a ticket through their site and no response. Now I'm stuck a 3000 dollar paper weight. I currently filed a complaint State Office of Attorney with these guys. If you don't believe me? Give them a call and see if they answer.

My H6 motion simulator stopped having motion on the left side. Dof Reality support worked with me for several days to diagnose what the problem was and how to rectify it. It's funny what happened because they suggested unhooking the emergency stop button from both controllers thinking that it might be the cause of my problem. I hadn't had it hooked up to begin with so just for laughs I did connect it and everything is now working as it should. I also used XAI to help diagnose what was going on and it basically mirrored what support was telling me. I have no qualms recommending anyone thinking about purchasing a motion simulator to look into Dof Reality.

Dof reality fait régulièrement évoluer la qualité de leurs plate-formes. J'ai personnelement acheté un H3 il y a 6 mois. La plupart des défauts par rapport leurs h3 d'il y a 3 ou 4 ans ont été corrigés (meilleur rigidité, nouveaux moteurs plus stables et sans sacades etc). Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Apres mon achat Dof reality a continué à faire évoluer mon matériel gratuitement en passant la plate-forme de 10 bits à 12 bits via une mise à jour du firmware pour une fluidité encore meilleure. Une piece de la box (la carte STM) n'était alors plus compatible et dof m'en a envoyé une nouvelle (donc ce passage de 10 bits à 12bits qu'ils n'avaient promis à personne a eu un coût pour eux me concernant). Il s'agit d'une petite entreprise à succès avec les défauts que ca peut comporter, mais ce sont des personnes dévouées et qui font tout pour nous assister au mieux.

It took several days of digging, but James Wilson was wonderful at helping me work out the problem with my H6 until I was back up and running again.

Purchased 4/2018. I have been using this P3 platform for 7 years and I have had zero issues with it and I love it. It is a great unit. 5 stars!

Great product (H3) quick and helpful support before and after order.

I have had my DOF Reality H3 for several years and was very happy with it. Customer support was great when I had some questions. I had upgraded it to SFU gearboxes and never had any problems with it.
Then this year, I went to the Chicago SIM racing expo and tried out the DOF H6. Well, I ordered the H6 the same day.
The DOF H6 is very nicely built. Everything fits together perfectly. It has different hole patterns for various pedals and Wheel bases, so my stuff bolted right on. Over the years they really have refined and improved their motion simulators.
The emersion is awesome. Feels very realistic, so fun to drive. I am super happy and can highly recommend the DOF Reality H6.

They don’t answer the phone so that means they are dodgy

I have been chasing DOF for assistance with my H3 Rig. It seems they can not be bothered to help the smaller users, no matter how many times you message and email them. Second to none support, as in no support. If you want to spend your hard cash and receive nothing in return, DOF Reality is the one for you. Absolute rubbish...

The DOF Reality platform is an experience everyone should try. Initially, I viewed it as just another motion seat, but testing it in person at the Flight Sim Expo changed my perspective entirely. The immersion it offers is remarkable and goes beyond my expectations. I use the H3 platform and while primarily intended for flight simulation, I found it equally compelling for other gaming genres like Formula 1. The customer service was excellent, although international shipping times can be lengthy. Overall, I'm highly satisfied and recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their gaming immersion.

The support at DOF Reality is absolutely top-notch! My DOF Reality P3 Motion Simulator is incredible, and I use it regularly. I'm constantly tweaking and adjusting my motion rig, as well as adding and changing devices on my computer—sometimes leading to conflicts or unexpected issues.

Twice now, I’ve encountered problems with my P3 Motion Rig, and both times, the DOF Reality Support Team responded within 24 hours (despite a 9-hour time difference). Each time, they provided a solution that worked perfectly, making the troubleshooting process smooth and stress-free.

I’ve never felt frustrated or alone with this Motion Beast, and I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding support behind this amazing simulator.

Je crois que l'équipe de DOF Reality est condamnée à la réussite.
Voici mon expérience :
1) sur la commande : ils ont répondu à toutes mes interrogations rapidement
2) sur la livraison : ça a pris une semaine de plus mais c'était la période de Noël.
3) la livraison : en elle-même rien à redire tout est excellemment bien emballé.
4) sur le montage : je n'ai rien à dire c'est vraiment bien foutu c'est très facile je m'attendais à quelque chose de très compliqué avec des réglages moteurs et pas du tout il suffit juste de mettre les armatures en fait c'est vraiment bien foutu.
5) sur le logiciel bon j'ai eu la malchance d'avoir quelques mésaventures et finalement c'était juste le câble USB qui n'était pas bon en tout cas le support a toujours été réactif et m'ont toujours répondu en moins de 24h. nb : je n'ai utilisé que le mail (pas de tel ni de chat car je ne parle pas anglais) ils m'ont renvoyé un câble USB pas de souci.
Bref je suis très satisfait de DOF reality. Je recommande vivement : pro et pas cher ! que demandez de mieux ? Et évidemment le siège en lui-même est une expérience incroyable sur Flight Simulator, les sensations sont top, je surfe sur le vent désormais !

Ordered an H6 on a black friday sale and knew it was gonna take longer than 5 weeks shipping (it yook 9), which suited me perfectly.
I've watched a lot of videos regarding the H6, primarily from Marc, getyourgameon, and ordered enforcements as recommended. The 5 stars would have been given to the previous model, but rhe guys at Dof have listened to the users, so there are extra reinforcements already. There can be more, but that would require an impossible 6 star review. It takes a few hours to assemble - if you have enough coffee breaks... so easy! A log of videos go through the need to balance properly and even recalibrate. Not now! It self balances when turning on power, and the need to carefully weight distribute is obsolete. The Dof is now almost plug'n'play.

Absolutely awesome motion experience - especially in VR - we assembled and tuned everything within a couple days and husband wont fly without P3 anymore!

Outstanding customer support and overall professionalism - we needed some clarification on assembly and setup and we’re provided with all necessary answers and - it’s a beast of motion platform - son loves it and excited to get back home to fly it more!

I was hesitant to purchase the DOF Reality H6 as it was A LOT of money for me. What I can say is it changed my gaming life and I can't imagine doing flight and racing without it now. I even started a YouTube channel talking about it because I love it so much @GYGOtv. I would buy this again without hesitation and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made.

Great quality of product! Received well packaged, base being assembled by manufacturer making life easier, had to assemble frame and it was not too much of work but plan a few hours - instructions and videos are very helpful! Installed SRS, plugged everything in - and MSFS2020 first flight - oooh - so awesome! Ok maybe couple tweaks in SRS - and got 100% fun! Now will work on movement compensation and do VR! Impressed and satisfied! Definitely would recommend it!
