I sent in 2 pictures of my white dog who recently passed and was looking forward to the finished product. One figurine was so spot on. Her facial expression looked just like her! I cried when I saw it. The second one had a pink coloring issue but once I contacted them, they fixed it and I absolutely love it! They redid her very white and now she looks great. It is amazing how much these figurines look like my dog. I am still struggling with my loss but every time I look at these figurines, I smile and sometimes cry. Their customer service is very nice and helpful. They did such an awesome job! I have showed my friends and I think they are going to order now. I would totally order from Dodowish again. Thank you so much!!!

My experience with Dodowish was outstanding from the start to the finish! I placed my order and in an extremely short time I was working with their expert time to design exactly what I wanted. After FOUR design adjustments that I requested, they created the perfect product always reassuring me that it was a pleasure to work with me! My order was shipped in a very timely manner and when I received it the packaging was meticulous! What a dedicated team that truly cares about the customer’s satisfaction! I highly recommend this company!

I lost my soul dog and ordered 2 3d figures if her on here and I was BLOWN away when they arrived! I cried happy tears, it was like looking at the miniest version of her possible. Amazing replica and truly wonderful

I wish I saw the reviews before ordering. I'm a woman of color and what I received was a Caucasian figurine of my dog and myself. For what is charged, they really should stand 100% behind their products. I went from a 20% refund to 25%. Reaching out to my credit card company to get my money back. This is junk and will be trashed. Disappointing for the amount of time I waited to receive this.

The shipping and customer service were great. My minis were not. They obviously don't know how to do people of color. My minis were white or weirdly pinkish colored. I do not like them at all

just received my order and I just wanted to say that the comments about you products do absoualte no justice. I got more than I expected and was very happy about it aswell as my dad who received it and was also very professionally done and will be leaving a good review on your website🙂

This is the second time I ordered a figurine of my dog. The first was a gift, this one was for me. It came out perfect. The customer service is excellent. A little patience goes a long way.

The products do not look like the picture one uploads!!
My dog keyring arrived with a broken off leg. They refuse to refund me. I ordered two dog keyrings. Both look awful, apart from one being broken, wrong colour, blotchy eyes, wrong body proportions.
Their packaging is really good: The broken dog was wrapped in bubble wrap, a plastic box, and a strong cardboard box, and still arrived broken!
I am certain the second dog keyring will brake once used - probably immediately.
They didn't answer my first email. Only answered when they wanted a review. They offered a 10%, then a 15% refund. Ridiculous! For a broken item and one surely about to brake.

Reply to Dodowish's response:
In that email, they offered 30% refund for the keyring which arrived broken. Laughable!

However, PayPal contacted them on my behalf, and got them to refund both keyrings in full. Which is why I changed the title of my review.

It was everything I was hoping for. Quality and expectations were met! I would buy from them again any day!
