Good, but could be so much better
I like that the platform is cheap and has a decent selection of funds.
I think what it's missing is a mid-cap fund when it comes to USA and Europe companies
I would also really like to see a super basic graph of how your Investments are doing over time. Literally every other app I've got has at least some version of being able to look at your investment growth over time on a graph

I had a few teething problems initially…
I had a few teething problems initially but eventually found the first steps fairly easy. I don’t expect to make a million but you just never know. Presently apart from initial decisions I am in the hands of the Dodl investment experts to save me from losing too much😋

You can’t really fault it! I messaged their chat bot. I asked to speak to a customer service employee. I was redirected immediately. My query was handled in a professional and timely manner. I even asked follow ups, extra questions and additional requests and it was handled seamlessly. Thank you.

The human livechat is very good
The human livechat is very good, investments are understandable and stuff generally works well. The app is reasonably intuitive but may not be as swish as some would like. I did encounter a snag where I couldn't see the regular investments I had set up but that did resolve itself.
