The Soap dairy is an excellent place to source and purchase gifts especially with Christmas presents in mind. The wool is simply fabulous. It’s vitally important to support our farmers who are essential to the economic and environmental sustainability of the countryside. Knitting is an excellent way to be in the moment, do something positive, and create a unique item of clothing. I would highly recommend Dodgson Wood.

I ordered a jumper's worth of yarn. It was neatly packaged and boxed up, and had a nice handwritten thank you note. Delivery was quick too. Would definitely order again.

Dodgsonwood were quick to respond, personally, to my order, and to arrange collection when it suited me. The soap and shampoo combination packs are perfect for my B&B guests, particularly at this time, when sharing toiletries is unwise. Excellent service and product.

I ordered some lovely yarn and a mint shampoo bar and they came with a free cotton bag. The shampoo bar smells great and leaves my hair shiny and am looking forward to my next project with the yarn.

I met Maria of Dodgson Wood at a wool show and bought some of her Teeswater Laceweight. It was absolutely wonderful and I bought some more online. It arrived beautifully packaged in a lovely brown cardboard box It arrived quickly too. I’m going to buy some of her Soap Dairy product for Christmas presents as the natural ingredients smell divine. Super-fast delivery. Soap packaging is compostable and the soap lasts ages in a drain-away soap-dish as long as you keep it reasonably dry. Feels kind on the skin, smells good, and made sustainably with low environmental harm- what’s not to like? Thankyou DW 🤗

Ordered a full fleece and product from the soap dairy range. Good communication and when the order was delivered with a slight error they were very quick to rectify this. Will be ordering from them again very soon.
