I appreciate a great service and help given to me from HIRSH . He completely understood my needs and find the best possible solution for my queries.

Firstly their communication by email is absolutely appalling, it took a week to recieve a reply. I wasn't always able to phone them. Secondly I had to cancel the insurance because I needed to add a person on and they wouldn't do that. I was told on the phone that I was due a refund, this was confirmed in an email (it doesn't say that this could change). A month goes by and still no refund. I chased it up and within a day I had a phone call to say I'm no longer entitled to a refund, instead I owe them almost £60! Seems a coincidence that when I chased them for money I suddenly owed them, after a month of no communication! Utterly disgraceful!

I got quoted 39grand for car insurance so I decided to contact them and see if I could get cheaper insurance even though I felt like they wouldn’t make it cheaper. To my surprise they actually made it more affordable for me. They managed to give me a quote that was under 5 grand. The person I spoke with was Hirsh. He was amazing and his customer service skills was great. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know what I’d do. Honestly I can’t say anything negative about this company. So far my experience has been great with them a they actually do pick up the phone and try to do what they can to get you a good insurance price. So I would definitely advice people to go for this company especially if your talking with Hirsh. Can’t fault this guy he is top tier and definitely provides good customer service. There needs to be more people like him.
