No way of contacting, tricked into creating account and no way of contacting anyone to give feedback.
Tech speak & not user friendly, impossible to end free trial without taking expensive plan.
The information is tech speak. Not plain English and it’s almost impossible to finish the free trial and not take up an expensive plan. It doesn’t even show the cheapest plan to downgrade. And doesn’t make it easy at all to end the trial. I had to terminate my account completely - no other option.

The software works well
The software works well. It is not cheap and the contracts inflexible. What is appalling is their customer service. I dont think I have experienced anything quite so appalling. We cancelled before renewal and had this confirmed. This cancellation was not actioned and I have spend some 10 weeks trying rectify this. Perhaps 30 emails with seemingly little action. No one will call me or resolve this easy situation. Just save yourself money, time and hassle and don't engage with them. You will regret working with Docusign.
Going nowhere fast
We wanted to use DocuSign to integrate to our systems because we know it would work well , we also have a few other reason to use it because they quoted our company , we are not able to use the site to do a purchase , we have contacted support who said we need to contact sale who said they can do anything we need to contact support. when we asked sales if we can signup with them they said no it need to be online. we are also not able to get a reply from the salesman who quoted us. we have started to look at alternative solution after two

I purchased an annual licence 2 weeks ago, to then discover there is no customer service number or chat service, to assist you during on-boarding issues. I have used 3/5 credits for trying to fix problems myself in sending out legal contracts, which failed to work.
I have an on-going case open, and each evening I receive a new response from someone somewhere in the world, not reading the email thread and providing zero assistance. I tried cancelling my plan, and even that seems impossible. Last night I got so annoyed, I replied with "Please stop emailing me, unless you are prepared to offer solutions"
What an absolute disgrace of a Company to treat customers and such a poor manner
They overcharge you - need to read T's and C's
They overcharge you and apparently I should have know this by reading Section 4.4.4 of the T's and C's (this was their response to me when asking why they had charged double the monthly fee).
Billion dollar US company. Avoid unless you are willing to comb through T's and C's.
Useful product but a predatory firm
You can sign up very easily - instantly. It's taken 6+ weeks to delete/downgrade an account. They will make closing an account a nightmare and will attempt to charge your credit card in the meantime without authorisation. It's a useful signature product, but a firm with awful service that's very predatory! Beware!

Dear docusign.
Someone is trying to say i recieved a docusign at my home address.
5 days after my best friend and brother and 20 year best friends death i was at his home.
Thing is ive never recieved a docusign request.
I noticed you delete the docusign after 12hrs but i researched and found out you can stil if a docusign went to the ip address of my home. And ive never recieved one in my life. I will pay any expense
Hpwever complex post tramatic stress ( all emotional). Nothing wrong with my intellegence

I am utterly amazed that this business…
I am utterly amazed that this business still runs. I have been trying to get hold of them for the last couple of weeks. It is a 'Mission impossible'! You can't send an email to them and there are no contact telephone numbers. On top of all of this we have an account but have lost the password. You request reset password and they send you a verification code which does not work. This is really pathetic. PLEASE never lose your password!!
