Bogota Colombia Excellent Computer Repairs
I was in Bogota for some business meetings when guess what? My computer crashed after a Microsoft update. Windows would not boot up, and I did not have the recovery disc with me. Panic set in as I searched Google and came to the realization that most of the Google map laptop repair shops displayed companies that have long gone out of business. I even visited a few in person and found empty shops. And then I came across Doctor Computer (DoctorComputador). No doubt God was looking out for me that day. In fact, Doctor Computers is located in an area that literally have over 100 computer and repair /cellphone stores in the general area. To get to Doctor Computers go to Carrera 15 #79-69, enter the building and turn immediately right through the security gate and take the elevator to the 4th floor. The door to the office is kept locked, so knock loudly and someone will attend to you. On my visit Pedro and Catalina treated me like a long-lost member of family, quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately set to repair the laptop. Three hours later I went back and Pedro had fixed the problem and the laptop was looking good. Next day he followed up with a text message asking if everything worked out ok, I told him yes, everything was perfect and he wished me every good wish. I am writing this because they are genuinely the best and too often we like to write reviews criticizing a company, but fail to reward the GREAT. Doctor Computer is the GREAT.
