absolut bullshit product. I do have the similar Product from Hypershell as well, which has its flaws, but at least a propper software, multiple Marameters you can effect yourself and is rather long-lasting if you go on a mountain hike. 800 meters of altitude in my case are not problem with a single batterie.
Quite the opposite with the shit DNSYS is providing. the software has non functionally what so ever. you can only choose different levels of motor support. No different modes for different activities, no adjustment for weight or level of Fitness, no propper analysis, nothing at all. And with the same use as I am using the Hypershell, the battery was empty after 300 meters of altitude - completely useless. Utterly useless. For rather tall person like me (191 cm) it doesn´t fit at all, given the fact that one cannot adjust the length of the support structure, which leads to a completely awkward positioning way to high at the thigh and terrible biomechanics. Just forget about it... to for reasonable fit people. It´s by the way heavier that advertised as well... a total rip off
AND THE ANSWER OF YOUR SUPPORT IS UTTER NONSENS.
With no proper adjustment this failing construction should in your opinion be suitable for People from 150cm to 210cm of height - do you listen to yourself???
Could you by the way explain, how your are fitting and AI compatible computer into your system??? Are you seriously shitting people?
What you’re doing is guessing based on handful of very basic parameters - that’s it. And you’re guessing wrong!
Oh and by the way, your walking on water as well? You provide 800 Watt of Power, you just double the endurance compared to your competitors - nice trick. Could you please provide the Math for this miracle, I would like to approach the Nobel committee in your behalf!!!

I have ordered a z1 and X1 but no clue when to expect delivery
The website will not accept my credit card for activation.
If you shipped should be advised at once but still I have no idea when can I receive!
Did not realize xi was not a turn it on and go, it seams i have to go thru a app which I can't download. Going to need a UPS return order,,,, very disappointing!!
First of all due quality of the kit as I mentioned earlier in email that cable is not fit properly in battery unit I'd like to mention about whole unit is not comfortable enough.
Backer Experience: Shipping Information and Communication Problems
I am a Kickstarter backer of the DNSYS project and unfortunately my experience with the company has been very disappointing.
During the Kickstarter campaign the project mentioned worldwide shipping, which was one of the reasons I decided to support it. However, after the campaign ended it turned out that shipping is not available to many countries, including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Serbia. This information was not clearly communicated during the campaign.
Because of this limitation, I had to organize a complicated workaround myself.
Since PayPal does not work in my country and the company refused to issue an invoice through another payment system (for example Stripe), I had to find people who could pay for the order and receive the package in the United States.
I have been communicating with the Dnsys team about these issues since October 20, 2025.
After several months of discussions I finally solved the logistics myself:
• arranged a person in the United States to receive the package
• paid for the shipping
• confirmed all delivery details with the team
However, after asking the company to ship the device as soon as possible, communication suddenly stopped.
My emails were ignored for more than 7 days, even though I sent three separate messages asking for clarification.
Only after I posted a public comment on Kickstarter, the company finally replied.
The explanation I received was surprising: they said they had “just reviewed my order” and realized it was the Pro version, which requires additional production time.
This is difficult to understand, because:
• the order has been discussed with the team for several months
• the product version has been visible in the order details from the beginning
Because of these delays, the situation has become critical.
The person in the United States who agreed to receive the package for me is leaving the country on March 11, and he was supposed to bring the device to Uzbekistan.
Due to the slow responses, incorrect guidance and lack of attention to order details, I have already incurred additional expenses, and now there is a real risk that all the effort I made to organize delivery will be wasted.
For a company that received strong support from backers on Kickstarter, this level of communication, transparency and customer support is very disappointing.
At this point I hope the company will clarify how international backers are supposed to receive their orders and whether the shipping information presented during the campaign was fully accurate.
Update will follow if the company resolves the situation.
Still waiting for my missing battery packs but the Z1 is pretty good. Awkward to put on but with practice it will become easier. Knees definitely less strained. I will test on bigger inclines and update review.
I've tried a few mobility aids before, and the DNSYS X1 stands out because it's simple and doesn't feel bulky. I use it on park trails and it genuinely helps me walk longer without that heavy leg feeling. The battery life has been solid for my use. What also impressed me was the follow-up email from their team checking if everything was okay - small touch but felt thoughtful. Took me one try to get the fit right, but since then, it's been smooth.
The delivery was really fast. Nice Produkt an if i need help with the App i get it in 48 hours. So I am fine and happy. Go on with the Z1 hope it was fine too. Thank U nice shopping.
I used to cut my evening walks short because my legs would get tired. The DNSYS X1 changed that completely. Now I can stroll for miles, even tackle hills in my neighborhood, without that heavy, exhausted feeling. It feels like a gentle push with every step. My dog is thrilled with the longer walks too!
Just got the x1 carbon as a gift yesterday. I went for a longer walk and faster than normal. Even did the stairs a couple times after I got home because I felt good. Turns out that was too much for my back on my first go, but very encouraging results as well. Have had long covid for 5 years and exercise has been really difficult
Suggested by the rehabilitation therapist, I ordered this product for my family member who had a stroke. Surprisingly, it has been of great help in gait training. The amazing thing is that it helps you take wider steps, and your body seems to remember this new posture. It has accelerated the recovery speed more than expected. Of course, it isn't without flaws. For example, the first time you put it on, you need to do some learning. You have to carefully study the tutorials in the app. I hope that in the future, it can evolve to be as easy to wear as putting on pants.
I've been using my X1 carbon for a few weeks on flat walks & hilly terrain. At least 2 batteries are required on hilly terrain due to the boost being used more often. Also it does not allow boost at less than 50% battery which in hilly terrain could pose a problem if no spare battery.I have ""long haul"" long covid symptoms - one of which is the jelly legs or weaker leg muscles that thousands of sufferers probably know only too well.The X1 has definitely enabled me to get out & about again, really good assistance.However it needs a bit more push assistance in the lower modes for when walking normally on flat roads etc.Eco feels a bit too gentle at times. Maybe a few more tweeks needed to the A.I.Without the X1 I have been unable to walk very far at all without walking poles & my partner assisting me. Then only around the village & shattered afterwards.The X1 has changed this massively - I feel I can easily do short hikes again - without needing a week to recover afterwards.Great, particularly in boost mode after a few strides it feels like it anticipates my movement & applies the power just when needed.I've also ordered the Z1, looking forward to using those when they arrive.Top marks Dnsys 👍🏻
Now that I've been using my X1 carbon for a few weeks I am finding it very helpful for walking & hiking etc.
HI all I have had my X1s for about 2 weeks. I bought it to help me walk. I had a hernia surgery that stripped my strength to lift my left leg. The X1 helps a lot, especially useful for stability going down a slope, I use aqua a lot.
I'm really into outdoor activities and I go hiking quite often. When I first got the X1, I was super excited to try it out on the trails. To my delight, it's extremely comfortable, and I didn't feel any discomfort even after wearing it for hours. However, for hiking, I'd recommend carrying two batteries, as this device consumes power relatively fast, especially when using features like "boost".
The product itself works as expected—light support that helps with longer walks. What I appreciated most was the customer service. They replied clearly when I had questions about fitting. That gave me confidence in the brand.
I thought my X1 was lacking power, but turns out I was stuck in the Eco setting. I hit up the support team, and they were super quick to help. They told me how to change the gear for more power. Now, it's like a whole new device! It's so much easier to get around. Big thanks to the support crew for sorting me out.
