For you to leave a review you have to give them a 1 star that's to bad. This company is a real scam. Stay away for ordering anything. We ordered a steel lawn roller for our yard. I had to go through JADALZI general supply and pay through pay pay. All 3 are a scam. The bank the police department the post office a the michigan attorney general all checked them out. They sent a tracking number told me where it was at daily said what day it was to be delivered by FedEx said it had been delivered and it never was. They pull your money out right away then they us this JADALI general supply and go through DMSOFTS. They use other people's address and you or they never receive your item. Very hard lesson learned but it is now. I couldn't get reimbursed because it went through a so called 3rd party (paypal). I'm sending you this so no one else has to go through the H we went through. I contacted them 20 time and never once heard anything from them.

I am looking for a trailer. I found one on their website. I emailed them and asked how quickly I could expect to receive it if I ordered one. Within a few hours they responded that I should receive it in 2 to 3 business days. A few days later I made the purchase and paid for the trailer through PayPal. Immediately after the purchase was made, I received and email confirmation saying the order was being processed. It has now been over 5 weeks since I've made the payment and they will not respond to any of my emails or phone calls.

Just another scam company. You will never receive the item you pay for. This just another swindling scam company. Don't fall for this deceptive web site. Buyer beware.

I ORDERED A MOTORCYCLE TRAILER BACK IN DEC OF 2024 AND NEVER GOT IT I HAVE TRIED CALL THESE PEOPLE AND HAVE LEFT MANY MANY EMAILS AND STILL NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST WHAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIR WEB SITE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN THIS MAKE SO SENSE HARD AS WE WORK FOR OUR MONEY AND PEOPLE DO STUFF LIKE THIS I HOPE THAT OTHER PEOPLE STOP AND DO THEIR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING AND I MEAN ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS

Wouldn't trust this site, AT ALL! They didn't "get me" for anything, because I was leary of the information on an item. It was a pull behind Motorcycle Trailer, made with "hand laid fiberglass" and had an "air suspension," listed for $358, free delivery and no taxes, yeah, I thought, "too good to be true" right off the bat. I DID send an e-mail inquiry, and received the EXACT same email response as others have posted here;

"Hey, This is John from DmSofts.
All of our products are Brand New.
We shipped in all over the USA.
The delivery time is 3-5 business days in USA.
We don't charge any kind of TAX.
The shipping cost is also Free in all over the USA.

With that said......steer clear and save yourself the money/time, of trying to "fix" this if you thought about an order! Hope this saves someone!!!

These guys are scammers. Beware. I know from personal experience. Especially APlusLift products

Tra advertised for $1,329, 6x10 ft. Called told it was really $5590. WTF

Absolutely a scam, stay away from it.
I was about to order a 6-ft x 12-ft Enclosed Utility Trailer that they have it priced at $997.00 which is way below than a standard price of $3000 for the same size and shape at my local dealership so I decided to call the number they have listed and to my surprise the number shows busy all day long everyday so I emailed for them to call me as I have few questions, they never called and the reply to the email was:
"Hey, This is John from DmSofts.
We shipped in all over the USA.

With that being said it confirmed my suspicions as these was an enclosed utility trailer and no cost for delivery? No taxes? I mean... how will you ship me an enclosed trailer? or ok if you are going to have someone to drive it all the way from wherever is coming from (Interstates, I am assuming) and no delivery charge? Thank goodness I researched before placing an order. They now use Affirm as a method of payment so it makes it easy for them to scam you as Affirm will pay them in full and you as a consumer are stuck to do monthly payment to Affirm for something that you will never receive.

Scammers! They took my money and I have never heard from them. I have never resaved my item. The phone number does not work.

I have stopped payment. It is a scam. They haven’t sent a response. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I messed up and ordered a lift from them and paid for it through PayPal and never received anything so I called PayPal and they denied having anything to do with this company. My bank shows PayPal took the money so they are as bad as DM softs. Do not buy anything from them and I do NOT TRUST PAYPAL ANYMORE EITHER.

I didn't purchase anything from this company as I thought the low prices on wood chippers was too good to be true. I noticed that there are no taxes or shipping costs on the items being featured at low price. I'm sure that to ship some of these items from the UK to the US is gonna cost a chunk.

Total scam and how a pay over time company like zip would even offer payment installments is beyond me . Dealing with the BS rite now of tryn to get it resolved now

Scam for sure. Got me with a storage shed scam. Haven’t received my shed and never will. Reporting every place I can find.

This website is fake. The telephone number, and address are all non-existent.

I placed an order and never received the item or any communications from them after the purchase. The phone number does not work and I never received a response from their support email. I believe they are scammers and recommend you do not order from them.

The price offered on this Toro Snow Blower is less than 1/2 of the list price anywhere in the free world. If it "Smells Bad" Leave it alone. Look at the other reviews listed here.

If it sounds to good to be true it probably is, I manufactured these tents so no way is this legitimate.

I placed an order with Dmsoftsltd, paid and never received the item. I tried contacting them but their phone number was disconnected, and they never responded to my e-mails. Do not purchase from this company as they are scammers. I wish I would have done more research on the company before making a purchase.
