My review is not good. I ordered a powerlifting accessory kit and knee sleeves belt and wrist straps paid for expedited shipping so that we had it for a powerlifting meet for a young man I was sponsoring. I kept receiving emails oh it's on the way. Oh it should've arrived. Finally, I called because it didn't arrive. It haven't even left the warehouse yet. I tried to cancel the order that I pressured me and pressured me not to cancel the order even though I paid expedited shipping it was supposed to come through the post office, which wasn't delivered to my house so two weeks later I still don't have the lifting gear I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased the hanging ab straps and absolutely love them! I have a lot of various back issues which makes doing traditional ab work very limiting and painful. However with the DMOOSE hanging ab straps, I can now fully exhaust my core without any pain, without limiting range of motion, and there is so much variety in what you can do with them. I also don't have to worry about grip strength giving out before my abs do because the straps keep you completely secure. The straps are durable, padded, very comfortable, and great quality. I definitely recommend them!

I purchased the AB Roller where there was a materials issue that was addressed promptly and to my complete satisfaction. There are numerous references to design and materials quality made on the DMoose website and they definitely live up to their quality and customer support standards.

This was a very bad experience. I ordered 2 of the 62 lb kettlebells. It offered me a discount on an additional item that I didnt need or want, but seemed like a good deal. They ship the additional item and wait a week to tell me that they are now out of stock of the kettlebells and eventually tell me that they will not be restocking them. Why have them available if they were out st thr time of my order? I had an event they were to be used for and I showed up to the event empty handed because of this. They offered a refund but significant time passed or the option to wait for another option to develop.

Great products and pricing, but their customer service was the winner here. Had an issue with delivery, and they made it right. Definitely will purchase more products from them.

well, first off let me start out by saying I am very old-school. I’m probably older than most of DMOOSE’s customers. So I decided to give this company a chance, I started out with buying two sets of their standard lock collars. I was very impressed with the collars themselves. They seem to hold tight. They seem to snap when they shut. I really do like them. Plus they’re thin. They don’t take up a lot of bar space, very impressive. Nice product. So with my first experience being so well, I decided to buy some supplements, the buy one get one free was a big plus. After receiving my supplements and taking them just an about a week, they seem to be really well. They advertised as a “boost”, and yes, with a little extra caffeine they are “DEFINITELY A BOOST”!!! I’ve noticed longer workout sessions, less fatigue, now…. The company has gained my trust , so I have been shopping their website consistently. They have some really nice products. I’ve even re-ordered four sets of standard lock collars, and two sets of the magnetic lock collars…. I’m also looking at a squat belt., knee wraps, wrist wraps…. And a few other goodies that are on my wish list right now. Everybody provides most of these products in some form or fashion, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re all made in the same factory with everybody’s stamp put on them individually, but… the kicker with this company is their customer service is awesome! Their shipping is fast and efficient , I receive my order in a very timely manner, as I said I’m older so I like to buy things and receive things ….quickly! DMOOSE has renewed my trust in their website. Im becoming a very loyal customer. I truly do like their products but their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I get emails occasionally, that’s cool, promotion …that’s cool. I get it. It’s all standard , but the shipping and the timelines of their product, plus the cost …is very beneficial , great company. I recommend the products highly, and I’m anxiously awaiting my last two orders…. Even though I only ordered them yesterday.🤣… so that’s my two cents, i’ll go one more step and say if you’re not buying from this company, you’re the one that’s missing out, treat yourself , take a chance … I did. I don’t think you’ll be regretting any of your purchases.

Purchased elbow wraps. I’ve had many surgeries, was having difficulty/pain while lifting. Used wraps on 3 workouts, great improvement. Been lifting since high school, had my 50th reunion a couple years ago. Highly recommend, wish I would have purchased years ago.

My husband received the device a few days ago, but there were no directions. I found a schematic drawing on line and printed it out for him and has been trying to put it together ever since. He does have a Master's in Engineering, but with just a drawing, it's rather difficult to follow. He hasn't been able to use it yet.

The quality of the product is great and made to last.
