Our experience was quite good though…
Our experience was quite good though until we make the booking the communication with Dasha was very difficult! We stayed for almost four months, the house was excellent, very bright and comfortable, with everything we needed for a long stay(except the washing machine, was not in good condition and was leaving marks in the clothes-they tried to fix it but they said it was fine). Finally, we had a problem with the alarm of the supermarket below the apartment and the reaction of the agency in order to solve it wasn’t good enough(we were sleepless for at least six days in a row).

Regarding the supermarket, we're very sorry you felt inconvenienced but am sure you can understand we have little control over third party establishments. Wonderful Experience! The apartment we rented from Dasha was decorated to a high standard and contained everything necessary for a long stay and to get comfortable! The location was perfect! The support we received during the booking process and while in Valencia was A* - special thanks to Lauren!

Above and beyond. Will be back.
Our experience was above and beyond. We stayed for an entire year, and finding a home while abroad is a difficult task but not with DASHA. Our house keeper Vanneza became a good friend, and with other private matters DASHA staff showed their true colors in a great way. I would recommend DASHA to anyone looking at one of their properties. Turia is a beautiful new building.

Best apartments in Valencia!
My family and I stayed at the Cádiz building in Rusafa and fell in love with our apartment. It was extremely clean, provided tons of light, and offered many modern services like fiber internet and scheduled cleanings. The neighborhood is the trendiest in Valencia with restaurants and shops on every corner!
Not only was the apartment the best we've ever stayed at, the detail to customer service was unmatched. Our agent, Lauren, made sure our stay went smoothly and even helped us with tasks like finding a bank and completing paperwork for our visa. Any time we needed advice, the Dasha office was all hand on deck - all the way up to the CEO, Jesus!
If you're a remote worker, student, or family looking for a place to stay in Valencia, I highly recommend working with Dasha!

Very professional and yet personal…
Very professional and yet personal service. Helpful with all my questions, even when I had to change my contract and leave earlier than planned, no problem. If needed I will use DASHA again. Highly recommended.

We lived in a gorgeous apartment in Ruzafa, close to everything, market, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, the staff is friendly and helpful!

Llegue por un mes y me quedé siete
Llegue por un mes y me quedé siete. Piso limpio, moderno, con todo lo necesario y personal amable y muy eficiente.
Mi piso en El Carme en una calle tranquila, cerca de restaurantes, bares e incluso supermercados. Transporte público a solo unos pasos. Agua, luz, gas, todo incluido en el precio.
