Grade 2 bat, very light at 2 lb 8 oz with an excellent pick-up. Felt great during throw-downs and had a really good ping off the bat. The balance and feel were spot on while playing. We picked up a new bat in April and also used the bat refurb service for two non-DKP bats in September. Really pleased with the outcome for all three. Wholly recommend going to see his collection.

I’m writing this review as the mother of a long-time DKP Cricket customer. My son purchased a cricket bat from DKP earlier this year, which developed a serious fault after only a short time. DKP agreed to replace it, but unfortunately, the replacement also broke after very limited use.
When he reached out for help, their representative (Nick) said they would get back to him, but since then there has been no response at all. They have taken his bat back for inspection and never returned it or offered a refund. On top of that, DKP has now blocked his number and completely stopped communicating.
It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to see such poor treatment of a loyal customer. My son has been patient and polite, but DKP has simply ignored him while continuing to advertise and sell the same products.
I hope this review encourages them to finally do the right thing and resolve this matter properly.

Bought an SS Ton Slasher bat from DKP Cricket in January 2025 (with paid knocking service). The first bat cracked after minimal use they replaced it in June, but the replacement broke the same way after only a few matches.
I contacted their owner, Nikunj Patel who said he’d get back to me, but since then DKP has gone silent. They’ve kept my bat, ignored my emails and calls, and even blocked my number.
What’s worse, they’re still advertising and selling the same model while refusing to resolve my issue. Two faulty bats in less than a year and no refund extremely disappointing from a company I once trusted.

I've had a great experience as a DKP customer this year. Great initial customer service, providing expertise and advice along with recommendations. The bat purchased represented good value.
The bat we selected, an SS Gladiator, has turned out to be an excellent investment and helped my daughter to a great season with the bat. After a hard season, the bat needed some TLC, and therefore I was able to experience DKP's after-sales service. This has also been fantastic. I would definitely recommend DKP to anyone who values a complete service versus getting a bargain.
